2015-16 schedule released on 8/12

I figured this might be worth it's own thread. Cross your fingers for a Christmas game.

Cool, it's usually released the week of the state fair. I wonder if LED will stick to opening on the road so the home opener is a Friday or Saturday. It's been that way for many years.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'm not expecting it at all, but for the first time ever I feel like it wouldn't be that crazy if we got one.

I think a lot of people would watch Bucks/T-Wolves even if they're not fans of either team.

Knicks schedule reveals: Opener vs. Bucks, no Christmas
By Marc Berman @NYPost_Berman
The Knicks will find out what they’re missing right away when they stage their season opener Oct. 28 in Milwaukee against new Bucks center Greg Monroe, according to an NBA...

Looks like a Wednesday opener vs the Knicks

I hope that's the case. Home opener without Giannis would suck.

I'm assuming Thursday will be the opener and looks like it's at home? Do the Knicks draw well? Not even sure what the casual fan cares about anymore. It will probably sell out quickly with people utterly confused why Giannis and Jabari aren't starting.

Even with Giannis suspended, we have a good chance to beat the Knicks. Unless that's not our home opener as well and we start on the road and have a back to back at home for the second game.

The real stars of this team (MCW & Monroe) will get to shine against the Knicks. Aussiebuck rolls over in his grave.

Bucks season and home opener is vs Knicks on Oct 28th.

Will be missing Giannis, could be missing Jabari too.

Four of the five Christmas games have already been announced. Bulls vs Thunder, Clippers vs Lakers, Cavs vs Warriors, and Pelicans vs Heat. The Knicks usually get the final Christmas game, but it hasn't been made final, probably due to them sucking.

Opener at home on a Wednesday night? I hope they can draw a respectable crowd.

Kind of glad I didn't buy a large group of the fathers day home opener packages. Cant see Wednesday home opener drawing as well as the previous weekenders.

Last year we sold out a Friday nighter vs the Sixers, I would think that the Knicks and Melo will help sell out on a Wednesday opener

Last time Bucks opened season at home, it was against Michael Jordan, who was playing in his second career game. Melo was 108 days old.

Would be Bucks' first time opening at home in 31 years.

Is this confirmed?

Looking at last season's schedule, there were three games on Tuesday of the opening week. Houston/Lakers played in one of them and both played the next day.

So in essence, Wednesday could be a "Soft Open" home opener, then a Friday or Saturday home game could bring the real crowd with Giannis back on the court...

Wednesday night home opener against a crappy team and without Giannis. Bleh.

Yeah, would've rather seen us start on the road.

To be without Giannis & Jabari (possibly) for the home opener is total buzzkill.
