I found a pretty faithful rendition of a FF7 soundtrack on Spotify that has 85 tracks, so I'll be listening to this for the next 2 months on repeat.

This is such a hilarious misfire from Swifty. Everyone has seen through her schtick by now and instead of owning it she doubled down.

Also, I couldn't care less about that. It's just a bad song.

Woah man. I'm gonna have to get that.

I had a couple of friends that even as of about 10 years ago had all of the songs downloaded from that and a handful of jams from FF8, Chrono Trigger, etc. that we'd rock out to. Man...the game is basically 20 years old.

One of these friends even doled out a pretty serious amount of cash to go down to Chicago to see Nobuo Uematsu play a live symphonic show which featured many of these songs.

New War on Drugs. Damn.

Can't believe Kurt Vile used to be in that band. He's great as well. I wonder what that sort of collaboration would look like now.

Wait, what? Kurt Vile is touring with Courtney Barnett right now? Anyone going to one of the shows? I have to see that.

The FF7 Main Theme is one of my favorite musical compositions, honestly. So much nostalgia for me. I hum it pretty frequently.

Best FF scores for me are 8 > 6 > 7.
If you're a fan, the album "FIthos Lusec Wecos Vinosec" and "Final Fantasy VI Grand Finale" are must owns.

I admit to being a terrible judge of talent and having minimal knowledge of the game of basketball.

I'd agree with your ranking. Chrono Cross is somewhere up there too with a great OST.

Terra from FF6 is my favorite.

I've basically listened to no LCD Soundsystem at all ever, then recently listened to a few tracks and realised it was actually quite good. I'm not saying I don't keep up with the times at all, but **** me I really don't keep up with the times.

Man, ever since he went on that farewell concert at Madison Square Garden documentary thing I've been like, 'F!U!'

Who does he think he is? Jay-Z? Nah. You ain't.

What's my problem? Cause I do like the music...sorta.

I thought I was late on the train with LCD.

I saw them maybe 7 years ago and it was maybe the best show I've ever been to. They announced within the year they were breaking up. Their live shows >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> recordings.

Kinda disappointed in The National so far. I mean only 4 songs are available but nothing jumps out at me yet.

I quite like the last couple of songs. They're very much an album band, so hoping it just all meshes as a whole work.

I picked up tickets to take my son to see them at the Sydney Opera House early next year, we saw them there a couple of years ago and it was amazing.

'Day I Die' sounds like something straight outta Alligator. Kind of dig it. Love those drums.

Today is a National listening party for me. I'll listen to them just until I'm about ready to jump off a bridge.

Sleep Well Beast is great. Have listened right through it a couple of times now, those early released tracks make sense within the context of the album. Really enjoy it.
