Good. Now we have to trade Henson to balance out the roster.

Really hope we don't stretch him out just so we can have him and Monroe off the books after the season.

On second thought, you make a fair point. As long as he's not on the roster this season beyond the trade deadline, I'm good w/ the outcome.

Obviously never should've had to be on the roster in the first place.

Good. Some team looking for capspace can overpay for him and Monroe next June.

Miles Plumlee was not a bad contract because two teams have now traded for him or something yada yada. Hammond is a good guy.

Re: Hawes Opting In
This is a good thing imo
EDIT: not necessarily a good thing. I guess the more preferable of the two outcomes

Just cut him IMO. Assuming nobody wants to trade for him before the season.

We gonna use him as an expiring chip in the trades, not worried.

Yep, we have almost 25M in 2 expirings...
Watch Lasry and Kidd turn those expirings into LaMarcus Aldridge.... Schwartz Client.

No way, with teams looking to clear the decks to get LeBron and all the FAs next summer... our expiring contracts are gold.

I'll eat crow if he's traded for more than Roy Hibbert got last season.
I'll take a D-Leaguer over that "asset".

Ah yeah fixed us up real good. He traded Plumlee somehow. That was the **** up. Hawes opting in sucks but it is soooo much better then it could of been.
Having said all this. Please god do not let this guy on the court unless it's junk time in a blow out.
