The more good minds we have, the better. Zach Lowe is great, but ESPN as a whole is better because they have Lowe, Woj, Givony, etc. Bring more people in to work under Horst as far as I'm concerned. This will allow Horst to make more informed decisions.

The problem isn't hiring too many people in the front office. The problem would be if Kidd gets his way when Horst and Kidd disagree. We saw what happened the year Kidd supposedly had control over roster moves (Vasquez trade, MCW trade, Monroe signed to max contract, Vaughn drafted, Ersan/Zaza/Dudley traded for nothing).
