I think if he has an MCW-ish rookie season a lot of lakers fans are going to be saying "I told you so" before the league makes adjustments and he comes down to earth. It all depends on whether he can make that hideous jumpshot, though.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if D'Angelo Russell still ends up turning into the better player of the two

Hoody Melo is the best player in the world.
