We won 42 games with the same trash coach and supposed lack of talent. We brought back 11 of our top 12 in minutes last season and of that 11, 9 are either not even in their prime or just barely in it.

If it's because of injuries, okay. But if this team is healthy and only wins like 39-42 games, it's not just coaching and supporting talent. As much as it'd suck to say, it would probably mean Giannis isn't as impactful as we think. I don't think that's the case but if we're healthy and actually take a step back, that's probably one of the reasons.

The only predictions I have for this year's Milwaukee Bucks:

Giannis is going to shoot a hella lot more FT's

Thon is going to play a hella lot more minutes

After that, I just hope Khris stays healthy.

44-38. 4th Seed. Lose in the first round after once again, refusing to adjust to the way the other team is attacking the Bucks defense.
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"

Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”

Giannis is nowhere near the play maker Wall is and doesn't play unconscious like Westbrook. Hard to compare him to either.

I mean we just saw that team win 42 games. For 40 wins do you see the entire roster regressing bad enough to not just cancel out but actually outweigh any Giannis improvement, or Giannis himself plateauing/regressing or something?

I don't see how either of those things should matter. Giannis is a primary creator, and has his own advantages elsewhere.

I just think it's a 38 win floor to 44 win ceiling type roster/coach situation. As it stands right now I think the only things that change that is if Giannis has a legit jump shot or we upgrade the head coach position.

Removing Jason Kidd from the equation would definitely put more W's in the win column. I absolutely believe that.

50 wins, probably lose to Lebron in the East finals. Think we'd get the honour of getting swept by the Warriors if we got a good coach.

I'm going to clean up this thread. I asked to keep the posts to Bucks season predictions. Discuss Middleton and other players in other threads. Thx.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

MD- Can we add a pull? Would be interesting to see the bell(?) curve on this one.

I'm going 50 wins also. I'm feeling a little optimistic this time around.

Mostly because the direction Giannis is trending relative to the Eastern Conference. I also think Midds looks like his old self and Thon looks improved. Last prediction, Mirza's eye surgery made a difference and doesn't look as trash as last year.

36-46

I'm not psychic so I don't know specifically what will cause such a poor result but I do know that BAD is in the Bucks' DNA. In fact BAD is right there in it's spelling

It's not letting me add a poll now for some reason. I'll look into it.

I think this team sits in that 50 win range. Things have to go right for us to get there, like Maker / Brogdon improvements and a little luck on the health front.

Could have done with more poll option than 4 tbh.
