God of War meets Feudal Japan does sound like a pretty cool idea.

I would be all for this at GoW difficulty, but I think it's meant to be Dark Souls-style which is too much for me, personally.

Yeah, RS, this is right up your alley.

The first one never hooked me, although I know it has a nice fanbase. This looks nice.

I'll end up waiting for a sale, probably. I agree about the modes. The best part about tennis video games before is the create-a-player mode, which will obviously be missing here. Still, looking forward to it.

There's a Tennis World Tour game coming to the Switch that might be up your alley.

Tennis World Tour is, unfortunately, beyond terrible. It’s been ages since there was a good, real-life tennis game. Like I can’t think of one on last gen, even. Top Spin 3 might have been alright, can’t recall.

I still play Top Spin 3 from time to time. I've heard there's a really good tennis game on PC right now (in terms of gameplay...graphics and animations are pretty rough) but the name is slipping my mind right now.

SquareEnix was a bit disappointing...in that there is still no update on FF7 Remake. Even a "hey, we're still working on it" would have been nice. It's been 3 shows since it was even acknowledged.

Even without that, not much new information on any games. One announcement I think? Never heard of The Quiet Man. Just Cause 4 looks like Just Cause 3. Kingdom Hearts 3 doesn't do anything for me, but even if it did, no new information. Dragon Quest 11 was of course coming and I think had been announced already. Never played one of those. Otherwise, just a bunch of trailers.

Didn't seem conference-worthy.

That was a really bad showing by SquareEnix.

Kingdom Hearts isn't my thing, but it's literally like the only game that my girlfriend will go out and research and we've had it preordered for damn near 5 years now. She didn't know that Wreck It Ralph and Ratatouille were going to be in the new one but I wouldn't say she's an expert on all the leaks and whatnot either.

I was really hoping for something regarding the Avengers game that their Montreal studio is working on...hoping that they might show something in that regard at the Sony presentation. I suppose FF could be in that one as well.

Skull and Bones looks ridiculous. Can't wait.

BGE2 has me excited, as well. Much better conference than SE earlier.

I'm waiting, both cannons full, for any gamergate dweeb to argue about women in a pirate game.

1500% in for Assassins Creed: Odyssey. I have been waiting for them to take the franchise into ancient Greece.

I'm pretty burnt out on AC. I probably played 5-6 hours of Origins and it was fine. Maybe I'll try it out again. I haven't really had any urge to do some legit gaming since I put God of War down. I was gonna swing by a Family Video tonight after work and pick up Rise of the Tomb Raider since I never played that even though I liked and finished Tomb Raider.

I got burned out on AC probably around Brotherhood, so it's been a long while for me, and I totally get it. I tried getting into Unity a couple years ago when it was on a deep sale and I picked it up, and I liked it, but I got into other games instead and didn't go back to it. I think I'm ready to go back and I'm excited it's Greece.

Does anyone know if the Nioh PC port is any good? I thought I heard it didn’t support keyboard/mouse, and it feels like one of those games I’m missing out on and need to play.

I don't know what's going on (I didn't play the first one...I know), but I hope she can find a **** hospital after that. She took quite the beating.

For real, though, that was an incredible demo.
