It is Jason Kidd because he is the only one that wasted an MVP caliber talent. It is negligent the way he is destroying Giannis.
Although Karl had some good years. I would say he is #2 because he traded away the Best Bucks player of the last 35 years for pretty much nothing. And he threw in a lottery pick to seal the deal.
Everybody else was terrible but these two raised the bar to negatively affect the long term future of the Franchise.

Gotta be Kidd. Nobody had the caliber of talent he is squandering with his antiquated system & stubborn buffoonery.

None of these coaches were good save for a few brief moments like FTD under Skiles and the successful Karl/Ray years.
So I voted Drew. I think he was the crown turd. Boylan was very bad but was only ever a stop gap. Kidd is bad but not the worst.
Larry Drew was like all the coaches had gone on strike and they brought in the local high school coach to keep things running. It was comically bad but at least delivered Jabari.

larry drew is a fine choice. i just want to say for arguments sake that team was one of the worst teams ive ever seen assembled. based on per, the best player who played more than 30 games that season was john henson.
https://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/MIL/2014.htmlwe were also very young, two things that attribute to such a terrible record. i dont remember how badly we were x's and o's -wise that year, i can only say that it wouldnt have mattered. we didnt have the talent to do anything well.

Listen, I think Kidd is a moron and is in way over his head. But if anybody answers anyone besides Larry K, they must be forgetting how ridiculously incompetent Krystkowiak was. In 2007-2008, the Altanta Hawks got the 8th seed with a 37-45 record. This was the season that Bucks icon Jake Voskuhl demanded a trade. Since leaving the Bucks, Krystkowiak has been the coach at Utah, and has gone to the NCAA tournament twice in 7 years. If there were a coaching version of John Hammond, it would be Larry Krystkowiak.

I mean, I kinda want to say Skiles, because he was so sure he was going to get fired he cleaned out his office, but Kohl wouldn't fire him so he came back and didn't give a **** for a half season before he was fired.... but....
The utter incompetence of Mike Dunleavy ruined the franchise for 4 years after he left.

Some are going to claim recency bias to argue against Kidd being the worst, but he's the worst. He's had more talent than anyone else on the poll, except for maybe Karl, but Karl actually had some positive accomplishments. And he's the only one who's had a generational talent. Also, AFAIK, he's never taken blame for his team's failures and repeatedly spews falsehoods and clichés.

I won't vote because being the worst coach doesn't mean you had the most negative impact on the franchise... And records actually don't apply either. I actually think the two of the 4 best coaches on the list are the ones with the biggest negative impact and actually are the 2 with the better record %wise

What an ugly **** list. And it's so sad that it's tough to choose. How pathetic is that?

It's an embarrassing list. The high point is George Karl almost 20 years ago. Yech.
