Up to what? A 2nd?

Yeah i can see a high 2nd. At the very least, cash consideration and a solid role guy.

What's working for us, is that the ignorant media (kellerman for one) love to hype him, even though it's obvious they don't watch bucks games. And there are GM's out there that would take are chance on a stretch 4 or 5 (depending how you view him), since this is what the modern game has become. And his performance on d in the playoffs, translates into ''defensive potential''. Won't have trouble moving him.

Yeah, he's moveable. The question is if we can dump a large long term contract liability with him or if we can get a better or younger ( < 26) player in return.

By the time he's 27 he may be able to play consistent minutes. Nice pick Hammond.

Weird post since he's currently 31.

I know when I want even-handed perspective on Thon's improvement I always funnel the info through his handler.

Thon spinning off defenders like they're not even there.

Just caught the Thon footage. He's not even impressive by himself. I bet 38-year-old Troy Murphy can do everything Thon is doing in those short clips.

Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

The New 2018 Thon Maker Poll!!!!

Upper body fast, feet not so much.
I admit to being a terrible judge of talent and having minimal knowledge of the game of basketball.

Pretty excited for this as an Aussie, we've been following the new wave of guys for years now (Simmons, Maker, Bolden, Exum, etc.) but have scarcely seem any of them in a Boomers uniform (Exum and Simmons suited up for 2 games against NZ when they were 17 and played a handful of minutes all series, Maker and Bolden have never suited up).

You never know, maybe Maker will look a lot different in a different role, system and type of play (FIBA ball).

I think Thon still can be a contributor(not somebody we have to depend on) and his towel waving is second to none. I'd like to see him try to play some stretch 4, he's a tough smart kid so I wouldn't bet against him not ever being to figure it out.

Pretty hilarious that he actually loses the handle in that first hype clip.

The way Ed Smith is referring to Talented Thon just reinforces my previous theory that there are two Thon Makers.

Considering how much Thon has worked with Kevin Garnett and all of the comparisons to Kevin Garnett (when we drafted him) how come we are not seeing Garnett's signature post up, fade away jumper? Literally ever...
