Harden Fergie’d Team Stephen for most of the night, one mangled note after another...

giannis atm is not trusted enough to have the ball in his hands for a game like this which is why steph and harden ball hogged. Imagine giannis driving and dishing to those guys.

I can see this becoming a trend, starts the season well before knee soreness kicks in around late jan. If we had a better side, we could sufficiently rest him that month and get him fresh and ready for the playoffs. This needs to eventually become the plan.

Real shame of the night is Giannis not getting a clear runway for a dunk.

The Bucks need to find some period for Giannis to rest as soon as possible. He is visibly struggling compared to how he plays after he is rested during the regular season.

Strangely, Giannis has not rested at all after he returned right after Kidd was gone, even though we had a really easy schedule at that stretch.

Would have loved to see a small ball lineup of Giannis running the point with Curry, Harden, Thompson, and Lowry/Lillard surrounding him. Imagine trying to defend that.

I thought D'Antoni would experiment more with lineups. I can't remember him ever going small during the game.

I know the entire team is full of stars but the whole Giannis stand in the corner thing was a massive letdown.

Dantoni should've experimented with a lineup where Curry and Harden didn't suck ass

Does anyone even want this circus coming to town? Do we really need to soil the new arena with the seemingly endless supply of self-promoters, social media wannabes and C-list "celebs" jammed down our faces?? I'm sure our billionaire owners will come up with a way to offset anything lost by not bringing this embarrassment to the game to our fine city.

Having just worked this weekend in DTLA, this thing brings in a terrible crowd.

Probably still worth it for the money, but this thing would kick Milwaukee's ass and everyone would hate it.

My guess is injuries to others precluded it

I thoroughly enjoyed the all star game this year, weekend itself was average. Really wouldn't mind getting rid of the celebrity game and skills challenge, try something different.

Thought the game was still entertaining, it was boring at times but better than other years. It was a step in the right direction.

AFAIK, Mike Dunleavy, Jr was not in attendance for the ASG festivities.

I noticed he got fouled two or three teams that players have historically just let the player get the dunk. I wonder if this is another Lebron trying to prove he is still the man, or maybe because Giannis blocked shots and hustled last year they had it out for him a little bit, or maybe just the way the ball bounces, not really sure.

I was pretty damn bored and was pretty disappointed in a game where defense is at about 50% Giannis was settling for jump shots, which is lame as hell.

The freezing out of Giannis in the first quarter and the not even close to a goaltend goaltend make me believe they were punishing Giannis for trying. God forbid.

Hard to be too hard on Giannis considering the guard play in this game. A combined 11-of-44 (5-of-32 from 3) between Curry, Harden and Lowry killed Team Stephen. The success of 4s and 5s in any all-star game is almost solely dependent on guard play, and the guard play on this team was mostly crap. Even DeRozan, who had good box score numbers, made some bone-headed mistakes down the stretch.
