Can we nickname the Fiserv Forum, "The Forest"? You know, like, where deer live and are feared? Let's work "forest" in there somewhere. Because of alliteration.

Apologies if this was mentioned earlier in the thread.

If you accept the proposition "fear the deer" and the proposition "deer live somewhere" to both be true, then it follows logically that where deer live, they are feared.

Its not that hard, stupid.

OK another vote for "laughable". Duly noted.

We were told Milwaukee is getting 2022 or 2023 ASG.

Now that Cleveland got 22 does that mean we are up? My only fear is they don't want two cold weather ASG in a row, so would do a southern city and then back to mke in 2024. I hope that's not the case but seems unusual to have 2 years in a row in the Midwest.

It's going to be at least 3 years in a row in the Midwest. Chicago has 2020, Indiana has 2021 and Cleveland has 2022. Might as well just complete the Central Division and give Milwaukee 2023 and Detroit's new building in 2024.

Cleveland last had one in 1997, Milwaukee in 1977. I don't give a **** if players will whine about coming here. We deserve an ASG.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I vote for "Slaughterhouse" because that is where deer are processed and it scares small children.

I actually like that.

But! If we really want to hit on where we fear deer we should call it the "Fiserv Freeway".

Come closer and see
See into the trees
Find the deer
If you can

Come closer and see
See into the dark
Just follow your eyes
Just follow your eyes

I hear its voice
Calling my name
The sound is deep
In the dark

I hear its voice
And start to run
Into the trees
Into the trees

Suddenly I stop
But I know it's too late
I'm lost in a forest
All alone

The deer was never there
It's always the same
I'm running towards nothing
Again and again and again and again

Am I the only one who doesn't care about the ASG? I haven't watched a full All Star game since I was probably 10 years old. The 3PT contest is ok viewing but the dunk contest has not had a big name player compete in years. Aside from the "prestige" of hosting, what's the big deal?

And I feel the exact same way about the MLB and NFL too. All Star games are pretty much garbage. Come at me.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

It has nothing to do with whether you enjoy the ASG or not. It's great for the city of Milwaukee- millions of dollars and most likely more developments built before then (hotel, bars, campus headquarters).

How about the Deer Crossing -- a buck, darting recklessly across your path, ready to smash you (or him) to smithereens.

OK I buy in from the standpoint of the limelight on Milwaukee and it helping local businesses and positive economic impact.

I thought people were saying they just couldn't wait to watch an ASG live like it's really something. It's like watching 2 teams with 10 Jabari Parkers on the court.

I'd go to the ASG or the other events if given a ticket. I wouldn't pay.

Watched the Sacramento TV feed on LP. They repeatedly called the new building the "Fiser V" Forum. As in Fi Ser V.

But they got "Antetokounmpo" right.

Any season ticket holders on here know if we get a discount at the pro shop this year?
