Damn hot out today. Sweat soaking right through my Jack Daniels tank top.

Honestly thought you were quoting a country song at first lmao

Turns out I was and didn't know it. Inbox full of singers want to purchase the rights to it, calling me a genius with my finger firmly on the pulse of country music fans everywhere. Coming soon to itunes and a fairgrounds near you

They need to put some custard in the arena. Kopp's, Gillies, Leon's, Oscar's, North Point, Culvers, it doesn't really matter. I just want to eat custard while I watch the Bucks dominate next year.

I park on the street a few blocks away. If the stadium had zero restaurants, cup holders, or skywalks I’m not even sure I would notice.

Games start at either 7 or 730. Plenty of time to grab the equivalent before the game and it will be better quality and less expensive.

Is that it is a chain people are? Wasn’t qdoba and cousins in the BMO BC? Would you guys care if they had those again?

The only thing I would order at the old stadium was refugee when they were still in business. You could get a smoothie, wrap and carrots for 14 bucks. Relatively cheap, healthy and filling.

Same. I maybe get a pretzel or something. Never get a soda. If I want a soda I can just stop at McDonald's on the way home and get a soda for $1.05 or at the Citgo you can get a 44 oz for $1.25 I think. Usually I drink enough water before I leave to not need a drink.

Wait you go to games!?!?! :)

Seriously though I thought you said you haven’t been to one in awhile but I’m probably confusing you with someone else

99% sure it's suite/club and season ticket holders only

And Chick Fil-A is awesome

If that's true about the walkway that's very disappointing

It's true.

People are really complaining about Chick-Fil-A good ol Smallwaukee mentality. That place is going to do numbers in the arena.

Smallwaukee? I bet you live in Hartford and eat at Machine Shed and think it's 5 star cuisine.

Chick-fil-a would have been a bigger deal back when there only was the Racine location. Now we have 6 in the area with more on the way, so having one in the arena is more "meh" as most people have one relatively close to where they live/work.

How successful they are in the arena will depend more on the quality of the other food. If Levy continues their mediocre offerings, Chick-fil-a will look more appealing.

LOL. I'll have Chick-Fil-A send you a pic when they're countin' dem' checks.

If Qdoba was packed for every event at the BC, they'll have no problem selling Chicken Sandwiches and nuggets in mass amounts.

High probability of at least 100 (initial) thrifty MKE customers:
Free Chick-fil-A meals for a year for first 100 customers.

This is a city that voted Olive Garden the best Italian restaurant like four years in a row after all. :D

What poll is that?

https://onmilwaukee.com/dining/articles/best-italian-2017.html

Ristorante Bartolotta
After losing the crown in 2015, Ristorante Bartolotta reclaimed its perch at the top of Milwaukee's Italian food heap last year. And if the 2017 results have anything to say about it, the Cream City Italian food staple doesn't look like it's letting go of that title anytime soon, as the diamond of the Bartolotta brand handily took first place for the second straight year.

If that wasn't enough, Ristorante Bartolotta also retained its hold on OnMilwaukee editors' hearts – and stomachs – coming away with their pick for the second year in a row as well.

It's not hard to see why. The intimate, welcoming little place in the heart of Tosa Village has the most authentic, most delicious and most engaging Italian – not Italian-American – menu in the city, offering up anything but predictable plates.

Tenuta's in Bay View came in closest, earning second place with a very respectable showing in the polls, while Centro Cafe, Calderone Club and Zarletti wrapped up the top five for 2017.

Runners up:
2. Tenuta's
3. Centro Cafe
4. Calderone Club
5. Zarletti

Always love food snobs. Pretending online you’re above the likes of Olive Garden as you actually go there a few times a month. Fooling nobody.
