This isn’t that hard. Geez.

Get rid of everyone not named Giannis. Mids or Brogdon can go in the right package, but I don't want to see them go necessarily. Rebuild the roster with guys who will spread the floor and get the f*** away from Giannis on offense.

Burn the entire thing down. I mean literally just set it on fire. Save the new arena for craft shows because at least there will be a level of skill presented on the floor.

I've been saying this for a while but I would use the strategy that got Dwight's Magic to the Finals. Surround Giannis with the best defensive players possible who can all shoot threes. There is no player in the NBA right now who spacing is more important for than Giannis and the spacing on the Bucks sucks. Make defenses choose to either guard Giannis one on one or leave a three point shooter wide open.

Of the upcoming FA’s, not taking into consideration our lamentable salary cap and basketball ops, I am interested in the following 2018 FA’s (RFA and UFA)

Favors
Ellington
Exum
Ariza
Randle
Tolliver
Hood
Capela
Harrell

We need our Hedo, Jameer Nelson, Rashard Lewis, and Rafer Alston

Surrounding Giannis with shooters and defenders is all well and good but we still need another guy (preferably a guard) who can handle running a team when Giannis isn't.

We're not moving the needle with drafting, FA or trades. Forget it.
We have bent all that over and **** it up too many times for too long, there's nothing left.

The only remaining hope is a new coach.

Somehow adding Exum, Ariza and Capela would be a nice little group to put with big G.

Yes sir. Given the our net asset position it might just be one other on ball dude who hopefully is a range shooter and then whatever we can get for any of our "playoff starter" calibre dudes. :-?

I'd give Randle a go at the right price if we got a coach who ran a really good D and a legit starting C. Great list. Just need to hire Hinkie or some other Morey type to magic us into cap space.

Forget the 18/19 season and aim for a good run in 2020 and 2021. Those are the important years for Giannis' future. Don't count on the picks in 2019 and 2020 for this. They probably won't help a lot. So it's all about FA in 2019 and (2020 deadline) trades. No panace moves this summer. Lets see what a good coach can do with this roster for a year.

Let Jabari walk. Only a S&T if it's for an expiring in 2019.

Let Bledsoe go in 2019, unless a team wants an expiring contract (trade deadline) for someone really usefull. But I don't see that happening after his performance in the playoffs now.
Resign Khris and Malcolm (unless the money is needed for a top 15 talent).

Trade Henson at the 2020 deadline. Expiring so should be worth something.

We need a good coach, a top 10 PG and a center who averages 10+ rebounds. This shouldn't be that difficult. A good coach will help a lot if players see the Bucks can become a contender soon with 1 missing piece.

Snell will stay (trades not realistic) and should be usefull if he hits 3's again.
Delly had a role with LeBron and won. With a good coach he could be usefull as well. Too expensive but still. Besides that, Godzilla must stay.

All other scrubs will go (rather sooner then later). In the mean time get as many 2nd round picks as possible and select seniors with proven BB IQ. Some of them might stick.

Go all in for an all star FA in 2019 or 2020.

**** I do not want to still be looking at Henson in 2020.

Something like that anyway
How are the Bucks moving up to get Wendell?

It would have to be a combo of taking on a bad contract and trading Jabari. In this case I used the Batum deal which would mean Carter sliding in the draft because not many teams need a center and of course the trade would be after the start of FA etc. So not a likely scenario but not impossible. We just need to hire an actual gm
