But boy do I miss Ed and Doug after Bears games. The tirades those two would go on after every Bears loss to the Packers was epic.

I get zero from Heller. Never listen.

And now I see a new announcement from WTMJ/WAUK/WKTI that they are moving Matzek and Russell off those stations over to 94.5 to hosts shows. And somehow Gabe gets two shows.

In addition, Gabe co-hosts the midnight snow nationally on espn

Gabe gonna burn out. Surprised the American Chewy agreed to do a daily show. I don't mind his stories from the 90s teams and past player perspective, but otherwise doesn't seem like he cares enough to give any great insight on current product.

I haven't listened to 105.7 for a few months and haven't missed it at all. Haven't even had the urge to turn it on and listen for a few minutes.

I made the choice to stop listening to or watching anything where they pit two sides against one another last year.

I'm a much happier person, and consume media that makes me happy rather than angry

Good for him to have a laugh. It's not easy to have a job out in the public where someone judges you all the time. John Hammond though, he sucked.

That was a quick turnaround lol

Look, I'm sure there is a market for that kind of show. They are obviously doing something right because they are on the air.. It's just not for me.

Also another downfall about 105.7 is the awful signal. I drive all around Southeastern Wisconsin and even when I'm right in Hales Corners I still get awful reception

Agreed. I've tried listening to him since he started, what, last week? I just don't find him entertaining, he comes across as "just a guy" - nothing more or special. I'm out too.

The nice thing about podcasts is you can skip parts that are uninteresting.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has this issue.

On a side note, at least their signal quality matches their program quality.

1250 AM still comes in better for me.

It's shocking to me that he's filled in for Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen. He's bad. He's got the voice and that's about it.

Bill Michaels just keeps getting worse. And his erectile dysfunction ads are horrifying.

Yeah I usually listen to Sparky post game on my drive home and 1250AM will usually get me to almost Sheboygan. The FM station doesnt go very far at all.

Yes. I work second shift, so Reiter and Ferrall get me though that grind. In general I like that Milwaukee has many options now for sports radio, It's just too bad that most pretty much are average at best. I think its weird that Big Unit Michaels usually sounds really on point when a guest on National shows, but it just does not work on a local level...

I very rarely listen to the radio anymore, but on Monday I had to be behind the wheel for six hours and I ran out of podcasts. I turned on Drew Olson’s show hoping to hear a little Bucks talk, but instead they literally spent a lot whole segment on Monday being National Cocktail Day. We’re talking a solid 15 minutes. I just ended up replaying a few podcasts I had already listened to. I’m sure there are some people out there who found it entertaining but I just wanted to hear some actual sports talk.

I dont even have very good luck with the AM station. I drive a work truck with a stock radio and the signal isnt always the greatest as is but 105.7/1250 always goes in and out. I'm fine with it though, everyone I liked on that station left, Bart isnt too bad though

^ I'm also listening to post game anywhere from 930-1030PM which may help extend the range too.

I will say that I think 1250AM deserves some credit for sticking with the Bucks when nobody else did. For many of those early 2010 years when apathy was at an all-time high they still devoted discussion and post game coverage, which I did/do appreciate.
