4.5 offensive boards per game is the Giannis number that's freaking me out today.

I think Kyle Korver is a guy we should target.

I would like to know what kind of multi year wingman we could get for Brogdon. Even if you like him enough to want to keep him I'm not sure if paying him along with Bledsoe and Middleton is the right move.

I think that you can't get a quantifiably better SG starter right now by moving Brogdon, at least without giving up more assets.
The only other positive assets we have right now are DDV and maybe Henson. Which are important rotational players for the current roster.

Ι wonder what it would take to steal Svi from the Lakers. I feel he's underappreciated over there.
That's one guy I'd trade Brogdon for.

No idea what kind of Butler offers the Wolves are getting or what their timeline is. My best offer offer would be Brogdon, a 1st, Snell & Delly. If they wanted to try and make the contracts work with Maker, Brown or anyone else on the outside of Donte & Ersan, that’s fine too. It’s an offer indicative of Jimmy's likeness to be a rental, but the type of rental that could make for the most memorable time of our lives, like an overpriced tour guide who leads you to a secret bakery behind a waterfall. Sure the tour will end & you’ll eventually go home, but the smell of those cookies and the rhythmic trickles of water will last forever.

This 2018-19 Bucks team is the best equipped to win a title I’ve seen in my lifetime. Giannis is here and he's healthy. He’s insane. I’ve never seen anything like him. I almost can’t believe he is who he is and that plays for my favorite team. Our next best players (Middleton, Bledsoe, Lopez) are all playing for contracts in their late 20’s/early 30’s, as would be the case with Jimmy. Their interests are aligned in every way, strengthened and united by their collective past. None have tasted playoff victory they know right now, with a definite shot at reaching the Finals and a nonzero chance to win the whole thing, it’s likely the best opportunity of their basketball lives. The players’ interests are aligned with a very smart coaching staff that has already clearly earned their trust . Who knows how much sand Ilyasova still has in his mysterious hourglass, doubtless bewitched by an Uzbek Shaman or Turkish government official? Our rookie came out of the NBA womb as a winning role player. Donte will improve but not in a way that swings Finals odds. The best of the buyout market would flock to us in February like esseg (reverse geese). A locked in Bledsoe and Butler backcourt would be defensively devastating. The minute staggering possibilities would almost unfair. Brown, Connaughton or a buyout guy would have to assume Snell’s role, of which the only requirement seems to be invisibility. There might even be a Henson upgrade floating around by then. He might have even been in training camp with the Bucks and his name might even be Tyler Zeller.

Now’s the time. Let’s smell them waterfall cookies.

This Brogdon trade talk is way premature. Unless we're talking a huge trade to bring in a difference maker (top 20 talent) I think it's a mistake to deal him for a role player.

ETA: those who want Butler have to be box score watchers. He would be an abysmal fit in the offense with the potential to destroy team chemistry. Hard hard hard pass unless it's for our junk.

Butler for Snell, Meeks, Maker, Brogdon, 1st

That’s the value I’m OK at this point for Butler.

Bledsoe/DDV/Dellavedova
Butler/Brown
Middleton/Pat
Giannis/Ilyasova/Wilson
Lopez/Henson/Wood

Wolves waive Meeks and Nunnaly and they are good to go.

Teague/Jones/Rose
Brogdon/Okogie/Bates-Diop
Wiggins/Snell/Deng
Gibson/Tolliver/Maker
KAT/Dieng/Patton

Brogdon + Snell/Henson for Barton/Fournier,
.
.
Crabbe for Snell,Wilson

Another player we should target is Harrison Barnes ... I wish Dallas sees Brogdon as the vet for their young players to learn from.

Brogdon,Snell,Meeks,Wilson,Morris,Brown (waive) for H.Barnes (2y deal)
Draft picks: '15 Jerian Grant, '16 Thon Maker, '17 Isaiah Hartenstein/*John Collins, '18 TD Devonte Graham, Hamidou Diallo, '20 Sam Merrill, Killian Tillie, '21 Joe Wieskamp, '22 TU C.Braun/G.Procida '23 Tristan Vukcevic/Maxwell Lewis

I really don't understand why some still think that adding butler will help the bucks.
The guy can't shoot the 3 in the way the new system demands.
If you already have giannis and bledsoe in the lineup that will kill all the revelation bud has brought.
I leave aside the fact that butler is a ****. The guy created problemas at chicago, he's doing the same at minny.
Milwaukee doesn't need this kind of behavior.
Yes he is a good player but that doesn't mean that he fits with this team on and off the court.
And if you trade the only guys that have some value(brogdon, ddv, filler+ picks) the depth will be atrocious.
And you don't know if he will resign(which i don't think he will)

Korver is a guy the bucks should target. He fits like a glove. For this season.
In the offseason we'll see what will happen with bledsoe and brogdon. But for now, butler must stay away from this team imo

This very well might be true.

And the Thunder's lone finals appearance with Durant is a warning that it very well might not last.

Basically I could see us making a 'go for it' trade -- especially considering the risk that at least one of Bledsoe or Brogdon walk or get egregiously overpaid.

Houston can trade 4 future first round picks + Brandon Knight's corpse + another salary after October 31.

Not sure if we can make a competitive offer to Glen Taylor.

Thibs would hate that deal though and if he has any power would try to stop it I imagine.

Either way it appears like the price for Butler is going up.
