Player of the Game - Bucks vs. Nuggets

Post#1 » by Flap Jackson » Mon Nov 12, 2018 3:33 am

That was a fun game to watch. Both teams playing spirited and good basketball.

This one is tough. Giannis was an engine moving that team all first half and was decent in the second. Lopez with an unreal hot streak in the 3rd. Brogdon and Middleton steady all game long. It was looking bad until Bledsoe came in for those final minutes, his defense during that stretch rivaled Brook's 3 pt barrage.

2 vote per user. Vote 1st place or vote 1st and 2nd place.

When wouldn't a 7 ft prime Ray Allen who protects the rim win POG? NBA 2K cheese going on, someone turned his 3pt attributes way up and turned down his reb attributes, makes sense his reb stats are SG-like.

Got be BroLo.
Finally, I'm not wasting a vote on him.

Brogdon over Giannis for second cuz he produced almost as much with much less usage and didn't brick all his FTs

Brook and the Prez. Although end of game Bledsoe was damn good.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Brook and GIannis, Brogdon made tons of mistakes in2nd totally disappeared, he made up with that important 3 but still.

Giannis once more with DPOY defense and Brolo absolutely clinic shooting

Brook and Giannis for me. Brook for the insane perimeter game and Giannis for the defense.
Brogdon was also exemplary.

Sole vote for Lopez. We've watched Jokic tear us up in years past. Didn't happen this year as he was confounded by Wilt virtually the entire game.

Brooke sacrifices that reb so that other's can get it and run. He's all about clearing space and keeping the other team off the boards.

I voted just Lopez because it would have been unfair if I had picked 1 more of Brogdon, Giannis and Bledsoe or Khris for his clutch shot.

I think we should raise the vote picks to 4.

Lopez and Brogdon.

Honorable mention to Giannis and Bledsoe but they have higher expectations.

Can't vote for 0-5 on FT's, certainly after we lost in LA because of missed FT's. Surprised he's still 2nd in the voting. Too many Greeks on this board?

I know, Brooks the box out king. Just being over the top.

He still had an efficient scoring night. He also (finally) played under control and within the team on offense, and wasn't half bad on defense either.

Can we stop referring to him as Brolo? Pretty sure 'Splash Mountain' is a much more fitting name.

Brook #1, Giannis #2 but I was seriously torn between Giannis or Prez at #2.

Giannis just does incredible Giannis things we just take it for granted, he's set the bar so high.

Prez had a great game, he's quietly come up big a few times for us this season. I think he's been underrated because other guys have had big nights even on nights he does a lot.

But Giannis on a below MVP night is still a force flirting with a triple double, the best player on the court.
