EdIT: I figured out that I was refunded for my regular seats and playoffs. But I did not reimbursed (yet) for extra tickets I bought via ticket bank or on my own.

Their system is so bad. It's impossible to track what you pay and didn't pay from their portal. It's partly my fault since I've been churning credit cards and can't compile all my records in one spot, but I should be able to review my account.

I have a pretty detailed spreadsheet I been running for years otherwise I'd have no clue. They're system is pretty bad that way as you said.

Curious when StubHub will charge me now.

Yes. For any new season ticket holder, make a spreadsheet!

Has anybody gotten refunded for ticket bank/member swap and/or single game purchases?

They pushed back the renewal deadline until October 2 now. I’m guessing their renewal numbers aren’t looking great.

Nope, supposedly a separate transaction.

Really regretting renewing now. Even if we win the ship and Giannis signs the max, the demand is going to take a huge hit. Kind of hoping for a shortened season to limit my spend on those games since there will be suppressed resell market for games i can't go to.

me as well. it's going to get really interesting. and by that i mean i can't wait to find out how much money i'm going to lose on this. i guess the only thing that could salvage it is a finals appearance against the Lakers or Warriors. in that scenario i'm going to every single finals game and the savings i reap on those tickets vs. stubhub will be more than worth it.

also i think my play here is that i'm going to switch from second to first shift and instead of committing to selling all regular season games i'm going to ATTEMPT to sell all of them but when the market isn't looking hot i'll just go to the game instead of selling them for half their value.

In a weird twist I'm really happy they jacked the prices and drove me away. If they even went like 50% higher, I wouldve locked in right away prolly. But 90% was an easy no and thankfully so now. I agree, the secondary market is going to be tough I think. And I think winning remote championship wont generate the insane buzz as having games at home & people wanting to do whatever they can to get tickets. Let alone job losses, fear of crowds, etc.

I wouldn’t be too worried about recouping your investment. Most likely if there are any games with fans (which is still a huge question mark) there will be significantly reduced capacity. Which means a) depending on how many STHs there are you probably won’t get tickets to all 41 games and b) the games you do get tickets for should still sell even if there is less demand because of greatly reduced supply.

that's a good outlook. i like that outlook.

on the other hand, i'm optimistic that in a reduced games situation they would offer our money back as an option. the agreement was to purchase all home games and i dont know if they can legally just take away half your games (or whatever) and decide which games you get and dont get. would really depend on how they divide everything up for me.

Refund for round 1 of the playoffs just hit my CC. Nothing for regular season yet.

Looks like any unused benefits they're going to try to push off to next year. Guessing those of us that didnt renew will be out of luck.

I reached out on my refund discrepancies earlier in week and so far silence.

Looks like I received a refund yesterday for additional tickets I bought through Bucks STH app. I think I'm almost squared away other than member swap credits I used on a couple cancelled games.

I've checked their numbers and havent found anything wrong. It is just a royal pain in the ass to try to figure out what was paid unless you go to your personal credit card statements. Honestly it is one of the worst account management systems I've seen.

UPDATE ON STH for next year

I find it really weak they are resuming taking our money when we haven't been paid back fully yet from games in 2019-20 (extra tickets bought through swap) and that there isn't a plan to resume the games. I wonder if there is an out from these contracts given the season will be altered in some way.

I love how they thank us for our loyalty and patience w/o saying they are upping benefits or anything. We were rewarded with tickets going up 20-50% last year.
"Monthly Payment Plan Resumes July 15
We wanted to reach out and express our appreciation for your patience and loyalty as we have navigated the last four months during the global COVID-19 pandemic. Showing your support to the Bucks organization through these trying times has not gone unnoticed.

With the NBA’s return on the horizon and the update on the 2019-20 season communicated, we plan to resume your normal monthly payment plan for the 2020-21 season beginning with the July 15 charge.

As a reminder, if you have chosen to have the credit from the remaining home games from the 2019-20 season applied to your balance for next season, it will be deducted from the overall 2020-21 season balance, thus lowering the monthly payment amounts.

As always, we are here to make things as easy as possible for you. If you would like to discuss alternative options for your payment plan, we are here to assist.

Mine so far is matching what I was expecting too now that I got an additional refund last week. I think the only games still pending for me are the ones I use ticket bank credit for.

So they are still charging for next year? I'm a little surprised they didnt come down on their 20-21 prices as I think they're going to lose quite a few season holders due to price, covid, etc -- even if win championship*.

Found out that the refund for the cancelled regular season games was not put on the current card in my account (that the playoff refund went to) but instead went to the card that I used for the season tickets back in spring 2019 (a card that has since been closed). So my $ is in limbo somewhere credited to a card that was cancelled last year.

Ouch. I'm surprised the closed card didnt block the transaction/notify Bucks. What a mess. Feel bad for you and hope it gets figured out. After this year I'm kind of happy to be done with the Bucks ticketing for awhile.

Happens all the time, if you call them (the CC company), they should be able to refund your bank account or at the very least send you a check.

Ever get this squared away? Hopefully so. Curious what they're going to do for people that renew as can't see anything opening up by next year either.
