woah woah woah.... this is a bit much

Having a guy who can defend either PF or C next to Giannis who can defend a pick and roll, switch out and still be able to defend the post is super valuable next to Giannis. If his three ball is real he's going to have a massive impact. Outside of finding a deadly shooting ball handler this is by far the best kind of player to get next to Giannis. I'm **** over the moon about DJ.

Everyone in the organization benefits from now being a 55+ win team. Only guy whose boat the rising tide hasn't lifted is color announcer Steve Novak.

I don't think it is just him being on a 55 win team. I think that he looked uncomfortable in his own skin on an NBA floor when he first entered. He didn't know how he fit defensively, and he looked lost in general. The coaching obviously made a difference, but the way he carries himself is very different also.

Bucks have pretty much destroyed teams since Hill/Wilson entered the rotation. 13-3 with a +11.7 net rating, and even the 3 losses..2 were on the 2nd of a B2B (Toronto/Miami), and Wilson got hurt in and missed the rest of the Raptors game. The 3rd was the road game w/o Giannis.

DJ is the important one long-term but Hill has a crazy high impact for such a low volume guy, it's like damn near every lineup he's in recently just mauls teams.

DJ Wilson must have went down to the crossroads.

We need a new DJ thread with a poll, similarly for what we did for Thon.

Hill +16.4
DJ +15.4

Hill still looks to have a ton left in the tank.

He's been a huge addition.

I think the role fits him well at this point in his career and hopefully the reduced workload can help keep him healthy and fresh for the playoffs. We are going to need his experience on our run to the Finals.

Agree, have to give credit to Horst for not just the selection but also sticking with DJ and picking up his option. Next season I expect DDV to have a breakout season just like DJ, and Horst will have hit on both his draft picks. Gives me some confidence that Horst can draft well.

I lived near there when I lived in Mississippi. I made a bargain with the devil to get a big cock.

Still don't know what to do with this rooster.

Honestly think this one is purely a DJ Wilson thing. I know plenty of people who've never posted on RealGM who're having this exact whiplash.

Hopefully the next phase in our DJ WIlson love affair is not being super nervous for him when he's wide open at the front of the rim. He's just gotta start imagining the rim is Jason Kidd, Greg Foster, Sweeney or whoever else actively damaged him last season.

We might have ourselves an AC Green/Robert Horry hybrid. Hopefully he's getting it in though.

60.106 now. No matter what happens in the end we can forever say that half way through the 2018/19 season we were a 60 win team :D
