If it were just up to me I'd get a firm mattress. But the girl is a back and mostly side sleeper and she can't handle firm. It's why I'm thinking the hybrid foam/spring mattress might be the way to go.

I thought that's what we were going to do, then they quoted us $7K and I walked out.

Seems high. Not sure what you're after but looking online, a mid-level queen is $3k (can spend more or less) & the middle adjustable base is $1900.

Oh, I'm not looking for anything. We got mattresses ~2 years ago and they're still going strong. That was just my Sleep Number experience while we were looking.

Back to the important stuff, like sammiches. Anybody who doesn't think Jersey Mike's is the best is absolutely going to catch hands from me.

I've been to Firehouse Subs a few times. Their bbq brisket sub is pretty good but also obscenely decadent.

Imagine paying a club-record fee to sign a player in the hopes to avoid the economic catastrophe of being relegated only to have that player perish in a plane crash before he's able to set foot on your training ground.

Mayo is great on a burger (with ketchup and mustard) and is terrible on anything else, IMO.

You don't need ketchup and mustard on a burger if there's mayo on it already.

Re: OT: General OT Thread [NO POLITICS OR RELIGION]
I like mayo on a sandwich fine, though there a lot more interesting spreads I prefer in my advanced age. But I think having it on a burger is a crime against humanity.
