6 weeks would be around the start of the 2nd round.

Guessing we see a ton of Khris/Giannis at the 2/3, DJ back in the rotation, and hopefully Sterling/DDV can come back at some point.

I’m really hoping Pat isn’t going to be starting.

Yeah, that's worst case. Final regular season game is 5 weeks from today. Then 2-3 days off before the start of Round 1. Even if we were to sweep, it would take: Game 1, day off, Game 2, 2-3 days off, Game 3, day break, Game 4. That's at least 8 days in addition to the gap between regular season and playoffs. Even then we might have to wait for the Round 2 opponent.

Unfortunate timing, but hopefully he is back for the second round. That is assuming we can finally get out of the first.

So *if* he's out for a series or the entire postseason, what's our rotation? maybe something like

Bledsoe (34) / Hill (14)
Middleton (22) / Hill (8) / Snell (18)
Giannis (26) / Middleton (14) / DJ (8)
Mirotic (27) / Giannis (12) / DJ (9)
Lopez (31) / Ersan (17)

What a day, I wake up to find out my Grandma is in hospice care this morning, and now this.

Sterling is definitely going to be in the mix.

Bledose/Hill
Middleton/Sterling/pat
Giannis/Sterling/Mids
Niko/Ers/DJ
Lopez/Ersan/DJ

We could also see more of the jumbo package being used.

This obviously sucks, but I’d rather have Brogs fully heal and get ready for a hopeful playoff run. Glad we have that cushion in the playoff race to fall back on.

Really no reason he should be playing over Snell.

The difference between 6 or 8 weeks is huge. If it's 6 weeks I think we're fine, 9 of our last 13 are at home with a lot of winnable games, so #1 seed is still ours as long we don't slip up. As long as Giannis and Bud are around, we're not losing to an #8 or # 7 seed.

If it's 8 weeks we're in some serious trouble, that would take us to either the end of the 2nd round or start of the ECF . Not having Brogdon's free throw shooting and just overall steady clutchness against a Boston or Philly in the 2nd round would be a massive blow to our chances.

Maybe Sterling slides into the starting lineup considering he’s a more natural two and it doesn’t force the Bucks to play Middleton at the two or Giannis at the three.
