GT: Game 2 - Toronto @ Milwaukee 7:30pm CT (TNT)

"After last night, we're literally in their heads right now!"

Did we play well?

Did we play poorly?

Was it simply bad shooting for three quarters due to the week layoff?

Who cares. All we know is that Toronto was up 7 heading into Q4 and the Bucks were at one point 6-36 on three point attempts. But as usually is the case in the playoffs, the lower seeded road team can rarely hold back the floodwaters for four straight quarters.

The Raptors realize that a loss in game 2 puts them on the road to extinction. 100 years from now when the Fiserv Forum is torn down, they'll find the fossils from these first two games.

Bucks 120-104

I think this game is about the Raps' mentality and stamina more than anything.

1) Are they deflated after letting Game 1 slip through their fingers?

2) If they can overcome #1, how well do they perform on one night of rest after they had 4 starters play 40+ minutes in Game 1?

I can't wait for the Raptors to shut down Giannis again.

I felt good about our chances to win this series before game 1. I feel better after game 1. Still Bucks in 5.

Yeah, and we're not shooting 25% again for the rest of the postseason.

Ever since I’ve started posting Bill Murray in the GT, we’ve been 5-0. Let’s keep that streak going in game 2!

I'm a Bulls fan who has jumped on the Bucks bandwagon this year (love Giannis and your team overall... and hey! With GarPax we are hopeless anyways :D). I think if the Bucks even hit say 33% of their open 3 pointers they win comfortably. 36% or higher and it's probably a big time blowout.

That's assuming Toronto continues selling out to stop Giannis.

As an aside, I was really, really impressed how Giannis did not try to do too much against the Raptors last night and instead trusted his team mates. That can't be easy for a superstar to do.

Yep. They were daring the rest of our team to beat them and for a while it worked. Most of the time it's not enough to actually win the game against us though because giannis is so unselfish and we do have shooters.

I expect them to try to slow the pace down a bit next game, playing at a fast pace heavily favors the bucks. With that said, it's easier said than done because we run so well out of defensive rebounds and are a very good defensive team.

I don't think they can slow the pace. The bucks defense locked them down in the halfcourt.
