Gotta think it's at least backloaded to avoid more inevitable luxury tax.

It's a mediocre at best deal in a vacuum, but they're paying a premium to contend like you usually have to. I'm glad to have him back.

I really didn't expect that we'd be able to keep the guy. His market price is much higher right now, given the last season and his attributes. Good deal for both sides, and I'm happy to know for a fact that he really likes it here.

I think he could have made a lot more money seeing what Dedmon got and what Horford will get. I'll concede the fourth year as a trade off on that.

I don't really like it. The only excuse is keeping the starters so Giannis doesn't get mad, but I think they would have been better off in the long run with Hill and Leuer on expiring deals, Mirotic, and the MLE.

Gonna need some improvement from the young guys in order to stay in contention IMO.

No worries at all on the years with how fair the salary is. I'd much prefer the 4 years than 2 or 3 with a higher per. He'll be super useful this year and super tradeable at that rate.
