Pacers are one of four teams with 16 losses, bunched in the pick 19-22 range of the draft. (Houston, Dallas, Philly).

This is a fair assessment. We will find out in a few months if Bledsoe at 60m was the championship investment and not Brogdon at 80m. It will be easy to tell when the time comes imo.

I suppose you could also argue that of our likely late playoff matchups that LAL, LAC, and Phi do not have the problem PGs that Bledsoe's D would be needed against. Maybe Lou Will, but that's kind of it. Boston of course though has Kemba
Resident Lillard truther since 2015.

Brogdon reducing Khris' usage over the years not being talked about enough.

Pretty hard to call this anything but a massive win at this point. @Me with the "wait until the playoffs" takes if you like, but unless Brogdon had some hidden postseason switch that he never flipped on with us, how far we go in the playoffs has become a near irrelevant factor in how I think people should evaluate this trade going forward.

Lets not do this

Do what exactly?

Khris' usage is higher than it's ever been. He's finally second on the team in usage, verses fourth in usage when Malcolm was here.

It's a direct correlation.

Khris was 2nd in usage last season (25.1 vs. 25.9 this season). Idk what you're talking about. Brogdon was 4th.

Last year, when the Bucks starters shared the floor, Khris had the fourth highest usage. This season when playing with the starters, he has the second highest usage.

If Midds was 4th in usage with the starters it probably said more about him and less about Brogdon.

Or it says more about Bud's rigid system in it's first year.

He's getting more of what he wants this year and still has spurts where he's not involved in anything. That Bud''s fault too.

Yes? If you want Mids to shoot midrange after midrange while everyone else stands around I have a coach for you on the bench in LA. Let if fly means everyone on the court gets to let it fly at the detriment to everyone else on the court.

I don't think increase in USG makes you a better shooter. If you want to claim that Brogdon was hampering Midds' midrange game go ahead....but I think that'd be hard to prove. He's making more shots from everywhere on the floor but he's taking way more shots from 10 - 16 feet.

He was the only player who openly didn't like the system that made everybody on the team immediately better.

To get this back to where we were. Middleton has taken more responsibility this season because he's less pouty about the system and his efficiency is much better for it. I don't think it has anything to do with not playing with Brogdon.

I don't think it's about Malcolm, but I do think it's about Wes and the fact that he will take and make 3s with someone within 10 feet of him. Of course it is mostly about Khris working on his game every year.

Bud has adapted his system to Mids because it was dumb not to do that. As said above, Mids is shooting more midrange shots this year. He's getting the shots he likes and surprise, surprise he's making them at superstar clips. Bud's system last year did not like those shots one bit. And like I said the let if fly mantra doesn't force feed shots to one person besides Giannis.
