The US v. Turkey game was the Khris v. Ersan game we all expected it to be.

We’re not going great. I think Lithuania is going to towel us up.

Driving home from the gym today listening to 1250 and they said the US tips off in 30 mins. perfect since i work from home and can stream it and watch the CSGO major at the same time. So i turn the USA game on and they are up 50 in the fourth? really pissed i was bamboozled by our local radio station.

The next one is the highly anticipated matchup of Popovic (USA) vs Skourtopoulos (Greece).

Re: 2019 FIBA World Cup Thread
Argentina,Russia, Poland and Venezuela is a crazy weak group for the round of 16, especially in comparison to the France-Australia-Lietuva group.
My predictions:
USA-Brazil
Argentina-Poland
Australia-France
Serbia-Spain-Italy-Puerto Rico
Worst surprises from the group stage were Germany and secondary Nigeria, while China sucked even more than expected and couldn't qualify from an easy group.
Dominicans and Brazil are the teams better than I expected, and Brazil is among the favorite to advance to the quarters atm.

Crazy reminder that John Henson will, yet again, be paid considerably more money than Aron Baynes this season.
