The Twin Cities ESPN affiliate archives all of their pods for free, you just have to listen to ads, which I don't mind.

How far back does the ESPN Milwaukee archive go? I listened to the announcement of the archive on Wilde and Tausch, and they made it sound like it would be pretty extensive (mentioned Vonnie Holliday Show).

I would maybe buy it for a month to listen to Homer's Packer post-games from the Super Bowl season for some nostalgia, but that's about it.

I wonder how much longer there will be 3 local sports radio networks?

If I had to guess, WSSP would be the one to go. 94.5/620 has the money and local rights to Bucks/packers, and I think 97.3 is killing it in the ratings.

Is Woeful angling to be the troll reporter? His latest blog has the headline “Bucks benefit from a joke of a schedule”

What leads you to believe 97.3 is doing well? Just asking, as I never listen to them. I gave Czabe a try, but his show was sort of a mess.

I've pretty much stopped listening to any local sports shows or Locked on Bucks. Not even the post game shows are entertaining anymore. I just find the content to be boring now and if I want to see their opinions, it usually pops up in my twitter feed (Usually it's just Bart Winkler fighting with everyone including Dario Melendez).

Oddly enough, I've been listening to a lot of Pardon My Take and Sports? with Katie Nolan. They talk sports but also have entertaining segments that are completely random or have nothing to do with sports that I enjoy.

As for Gery... I don't know what's wrong with that guy. He's made it a priority to take cheap shots at the organization ever since his credentials have been revoked. You want to feel bad for the guy, but he does it to himself.

Just them saying on air they are killing it in the ratings war. Could be made up, but I doubt it.

More of the afternoon shows saying that.

Edit. Looks like they're right.... 0.5 ahead of ESPN and WSSPhttps://ratings.radio-online.com/content/arb043

As of couple of months ago, they aren't.

Damn Shaffty, *hate* is such a strong word. Also please refer to my takes as MILQUETOAST rather than bland.

I'd like to point you towards the Dan Lebatard Show.

Is the new-Czabe shine dimming? 1.6 Oct; 1.3 Nov. The other sports stations go up, presumably because of Packers/Bucks seasons.

Where are radio ratings available? In the olden days, the MJS used to have Tim Cuprisin (RIP) the media guy post them in his columns.

I mean that site has it broken down by month. Are you looking for a longer time period, like going back years?

Oh time slots. Yeah I haven't seen articles on those for a while. June was the last JSOnline story about ratings for radio.
