Could see it at $30 by February and a "Playstation Hits - $20" by next May, if you're a #PatientGamer

I'm playing God of War right now (it's awesome, BTW).

Yeah, it's definitely not a game you can casually play while getting into it. Once you have a better understanding of the complexities and inner-workings I think you can play other games fine, but it takes some dedication to get into.

If you do decide to keep playing, let me know if you have questions as you go. I know this is probably going to seem overwhelming also, but a couple things I'd recommend to new players...

Follow Enki's Arc Witch build guide. It is specifically tailored to new players and walks you through the entire leveling process (the campaign) in an un-equalled way. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1147951

Watch this beginner's guide series. While it's now over 2 years old, it's still so well done and explains a lot. ;list=PL7GqFLebBU8inlrcqTZFXtIwP362XrdNe

Meh. Would be nice if they could serve as additional buttons, or macros - even simple ones like L1+X, etc. Not that I play many games requiring extensive buttons on PS4, but I know many who do game exclusively there and I imagine that would be nice.

FYI, since RedBox is no longer going to be renting games, they're getting rid of their stock at pretty great prices. You can check on their site for game availability near you, but the prices are all better than what you're likely to see at a place like Gamestop.

Guys, this is my favorite league since Delve. Metamorph mechanic is awesome, rewarding, and it lets you target your rewards. The new atlas is much more engaging to me, too - I haven't had this much fun running maps ever (why I've always played Delve primarily in the past). When they make limb pickup automatic, oh man, this league will be so good.

First Ex drop today, so wondering how to best use to optimize my build. I think I might wait on a couple more and for prices to come down and hold out with what I have. Maybe get a cheap 6-link while I wait (I have a 5L right now).

Question for Fortnite players. I'm taking my kid to the Dells (it's a surprise) on Friday for a couple days but he's big into Fortnite. I know there is an event going on right now, 14 Days of Christmas. Is it something he can just login to and get credit or does he have to play? He plays mainly on PS4 but we have a Switch I was going to bring. I guess I just need to know if I should pack the PS4.

I picked a good week to get back into Borderlands 3. Last night I finished the campaign with my second character Mozz, and this morning the first expansion went live. This time it's a heist on Handsome Jack's casino.

Mega Switch sale, FYI. Pretty much every non-Nintendo game is on sale.

Picked up COD after not playing an FPS for 3 or 4 years. Feels like I'm learning to walk again.

Bought The Witcher 3 for PC and downloaded Metro Exodus through game pass.

Man, it’s nice to play The Witcher at 140 FPS.

Yea, I hadn’t played a COD for a few years. As you probably know, it’s all about learning the maps/sight lines and you’ll be right back in it.

Why didn't any of you tell me this (EXTREMELY my jam) game existed?

I want to love Jedi FO but it is a massive pain in the ass. Shoddy parry timing and too much backtracking after cheap deaths. Oh, and whoever is responsible for the godawful sliding sections should never be allowed to make another game. It’s pretty, though.

I have standard edition so have to pay for expansions. Is it worth it?

I got the season pass when I bought the game and I think the first expansion was a little underwhelming. I picked up a couple good weapons, there's some very easy farming locations, and people are making entire builds around an easy to farm weapon called the Ion Cannon, but I managed to play through it in about two evenings and the story/enemies were average.

I'd hold off.

Just ordered a new gaming/computer chair from Secret Lab, pretty excited. I've always had an old **** chair.

Anyone use a particular gaming headset they like with mic built in? Been using a crappy $25 one for way too long and it sucks.
