The PS4 has such an incredible library. It might be better than the PS2. Now THAT'S a "fight me" statement.

Best PS4 game is tough. The most fun I've had gaming was TLOU and GTAV, but they both were originally released for the PS3.
I might have to go with RDR2.

What are you guys playing during this long weekend?
I’m playing some COD and trying to stick with The Outer Worlds. Looking for something else but I’m not sure what.

Yeah I thought the game was fantastic.
Only thing I didn't like was all of the backtracking that you have to do, especially when it was on the planet with all of the ice slides and underground elevators.
Such a fun ending after the Second Sister.

I'm knee deep into FIFA right now. I'm usually exclusively playing career mode, but the Volta football is a nice change of pace. It's a low stress thing for me. I usually end my days with it.

Pokémon. My girlfriend never played one before, so we both got it. It’s been a very good sit on the couch with a Netflix show in the background game.

Plan for now is Borderlands 3. If not that then something Soulsborne like DS3, Bloodborne or Nioh. Also tempted to get back into Skyrim, this time with mods, for the first time in many years.

I alternate between CoD and Overwatch when I'm on the PC, and Pokemon when watching football or about to go to bed. No game has really sucked me in since Days Gone.

Skyrim is a good call. I have the definitive edition or whatever it’s called for PC, I need to look into how to install mods.

Ordered the FFX remaster for the Switch and played it all weekend. Forgot how absolutely linear the first 20 hours or so of that game is.

IMHO, linear FF is the best FF. "Open world" within a linear path, that is. People hated 13 so much, but I thought their decision to make it more linear enhanced their story telling. Even the best parts of 7 and 8 only let you do so much (what I mean by open world with a linear path).
Open world games are fun, but if you're trying to tell a rich story it often doesn't work as well. It's not a rule, but I think in general.

Oh, I agree. I am loving the story so far, it's been... what, 15 years since I played it on the PS2? So, I've forgotten most everything, except the annoyance of the cloister trials

I'm really into COD all of a sudden. With the new season beginning how does it work if your not yet rank 55? Ive seen the season wont begin until your 55? Seems odd to push some the users out that way if true.
