Windhorst was on with Simmons recently and was saying Boston thinks they can beat us. That’s definitely his team here

It should be no surprise. Not a **** soul in the national media, aside from Inside the NBA crew, will acknowledge the Bucks' current dominance.

At this point I only listen to these segments if Im curious how bad they are. Theres never meaningful information I couldnt get here.

Nope. Because they dont have superstar go to guy who will score at the end of close playoff game. Guy who can make outside shoot over hand or make free throws for sure at the end of game. Antetokoumbo is great inside guy. He is great at fast break and great at penetration and finishing inside. But in close playoff games inside is closed and you have to make jumpers. He is not confident in his jumper to be that guy. And if we go to him close in the game oponent can just send him to the line. He is bad FT shooter.

I cant remember NBA champion with main superstar/go to guy like that. Will just go with "modern" time since I watch NBA close:
Bulls-Jordan
Lakers-Kobe
Spurs-Ginobili
Pistons-Billups
Heat-Wade then Lebron
Celtics-Pierce
Mavs-Dirk
Warriors-Steph
Cavs-Lebron
Raptors-Lenard

All champions had at least one guy that could be hero in last minutes of close games. Not inside (because that is closed in that moments) but outside. Unfortunatly I dont see Guannis ready for that role this year. And all our other players are role players honestly. Hope I am wrong.

Also, the Bucks won championship almost 50 years ago. Offcourse they can win it this year. It is posible. But answers like "offcourse" or "for sure" after 50 years without title are really interesting. I remember this board being pessimistic too much. Now it is optimistic too much :wink:

Playoffs are different, rotations shrink, game slows down and more ISO. I think we should win the East with relative ease. If Kawhi is Kawhi and if PG is PG then I'd say the Clippers are better in a 7 game series. We are probably slightly better then Lakers in a 7 game series and if Giannis shoots 35% from 3 and 80% from the line then there may be 0 teams that can stop him.
