And if he misses one more he’s shouting 25%. A player who is not a good shooter shouldn’t be shooting 8 plus threes. Rolo is about on par with giannis as a shooter and everyone would be going ape **** if he shot 8 threes. I get he needs to take some, but just like the entire league wants Westbrook to take them, they do as well for giannis. It’s perfect d if giannis takes a three

This, not so much. So we don't want Giannis shooting 3's now? Much less in a game where we were up double digits when he was taking them. I also feel Giannis is not going to be taking 8 3's in a playoff game unless a) we're killing them b) he's on fire or c) we're ****. In which case bring it on.

Except his pull-up percentage is 10 points better than his catch and shoot percentage.

After being criticized for having no plan B in last year's playoffs I'm sure we're all happy that our offense has a lot more options built into it. I agree that Giannis transition threes are not the most efficient use of a possession, but if he and Bud have decided they want to try it when we're up double digits in the regular season I can't say it bothers me that much. Furthermore, if Giannis had hit one more he would have been hitting at a very efficient rate.

Maybe my contention is simplistic, but the idea of analysing our offense on a few unusual Giannis possessions is also simplistic. I don't see him doing that in Game 6 of the ECF unless for the reasons I suggested earlier.

The opposite!

Catch and shoot = 39% on 1.1 attempts
Pullups= 29.3% 3.5 attempts

I think he just has to shoot as many catch and shoot as pullups and he will be better.
Just cut the transition 3s and make them catch and shoot ones..
