I'd say this kind of summarizes the pitfalls of the misinformation going on this and how they do it in order to fan the flames and pit sides against each other.

So does Evers declare a state of emergency now or what?

Evers' order struck down. Reports of rural bars opening tonight.

MN Governor letting his "Stay at Home" order expire, replacing with a "Stay Safe" order.

I'd guess he doesn't do something like state of emergency or anything else to keep the fight going, someone has to be the adult in the room. We're almost at the first step on anyway, keep tracking under the plan and making the public aware to make their own decisions. That said, I generally agree with this as far as the laws go and everything (I do have a bit of knowledge on this type of stuff from back in the day). But, I also disagree with the right using this time to pick a fight over it right away. All he did was follow the national guidelines laid out by their god. If this went on months and months, yea I get it. But, as you can see with the easing of things already and how the plan is moving forward he had no intentions of being a tyrant using martial law to take over our lives, no matter what Charlie Sykes says.

I haven't read much yet, would this now go county by county or each municipality?

Yep it would be County to County. Dane already is staying the order.

I guess this is somewhat the best interim solution.

The curve has been dropping around the country and testing pretty much is in place. I personally do not have fear of anything like the March curve happening again. All of that said, I wouldn’t mind seeing A LITTLE bit slower of an open-up.

Yes, municipalities can have their own orders and Barrett has said he would look to issue some restrictions within the city.

The issue with things like that though, is that people will just go to the next city/county over.

CNN headline: 19 coronavirus cases -->connected<-- to Wisconsin primary election, state health official says

(CNN)At least 19 people in Wisconsin who said they voted in-person or worked the polls for the state's April 7 primary election have tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the state health department.

Wisconsin Department of Health Services Deputy Secretary Julie Willems Van Dijk said that the 19 people received positive test results after April 9, which was first reported Tuesday by Talking Points Memo.

However, Willems Van Dijk said that several of those people "reported other possible exposures as well."

"Since we only have data on positive cases (without a comparison group of people who were not tested or tested negative), there is no way to know with certainty if any exposures at the polls that are reported are in fact attributable to COVID-19 illness," Willems Van Dijk said in a statement provided to CNN Wednesday.

Another headline:
52 who worked or voted in Wisconsin election have COVID-19

These articles go on to say they dont know if it was due to the election. So why pick these headlines that is trying to link the voting to covid19? Asking for a friend.

Our state government should be able to work together, Evers can’t rule by decree obviously.

I agree. I love the plan the legislature put forth.

Two of these folks were never elected. One just lost his first election. Beginning to think they're only supreme because they come with sour cream.

They always had the option to put something together and vote on it. That would require taking ownership though and we all know that wasnt going to happen.

Easy for someone to say who’s been paid this whole time. Tell someone that was forced to shut down a small business and hasn’t made a penny for 60 days

I bet most of these small businesses put in measures that make them safer than Home Depot and Walmart have been.
