Quit yesterday after 31 off-and-on (mostly on) years.

It's not fun. I highly recommend not starting.

I quit 14 years ago. Hang in there, soon it will be irretrievably disgusting to you.

Good luck, stay strong.

My dad smoked for 45 years. He quit about 3 years ago.

My gosh is he happier and healthier (even though he is 72). Plus, the biggest thing for him: He can taste food again.

My dad started smoking when he was 14. He's going to be 71 in a couple weeks and has only quit for like 2 years which was around 15 years ago. The constant smell of cigarette smoke around him was enough for me to never even want to try smoking.

My dad started smoking when he was in the Navy. He quit a couple of times over the years and finally quit for good when he was diagnosed with lung disease. But it was too late.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I smoked cigs for about 10 years - half-pack a day at it's peak - and switched to vaping a couple years ago. The benefits to switching were evident to me fairly quickly - my lung capacity improved dramatically, I no longer had the smoker's cough, I stopped getting respiratory infections, sense of smell and taste returned, etc. It was a big difference.

I still vape, but I've steadily dropped towards lower and lower percentages of nicotine until now, where I have the lowest the stores I go to sell. I was working towards quitting vaping entirely before the pandemic shifted me to WFH, which gave me access to vaping all day because I never used to vape during the workday. But my plan now is to quit entirely by the end of 2021, and I'm working down towards it.

Think you would get some hotter takes if you ranked Jolly Ranchers.

One more win each to set up the Nadal vs. Djokovic French Open final we all deserve.

Red seems like best flavor of a lot of things: flavor-ice, the plain twin set popsicles, starburst...

Green is the second best skittles flavor and I will fight anyone on this.

The Halloween edition of Mountain Dew tastes exactly like Skittles.

Do people actually eat Skittles one Skittle at a time? I just shove a bunch in my mouth, so I can never really taste one specific flavor.

Oh there’s a new school? I thought it was still lime. If it’s green apple then yeah, it’s the worst and can **** right off.
