I'm so naive that I was skipping ahead on this and kinda bummed when I realised he was going to parachute instead of slowly popping balloons to come back down to earth.

I was really hoping for an incendiary video of him unloading on someone for a bad call. Really go Johnny Mac style. But that was innocuous and clearly an (unfortunate) accident.
Obviously they have to make that call, regardless. I would imagine it's tournament/tour rule.
