I very much look forward to reading your memoir one day chuck. You are the Cosmo Kramer of this forum.
Is he more Cosmo Kramer or more Michael Richards? We shall never know

Having seen both of them do standup, I can confidently say he is not Michael Richards.

I feel 1000% confident with our Lasry/Horst duo.

Curious to find out if Morey wants to build around Simmons/Embiid or if he wants to move one or both of them instead.

Yeah, this is when I would have made the change. Offered Morey full control.

There was that brief time when Colts heir Jimmy Irsay hired Bill Polian and gave him full control of the Colts from 1998-2012. It uh, worked.

Maybe something like that will happen here in the future. Maybe.

Terence Davis. Yikes. Type of thing that could have him out of the league.

Am I the only one who thinks Morey is overrated? For as much as people want to talk about how Bud is a regular season coach around here, the same could be said about how Morey has built teams. For all the regular season wins he has, there's nothing to show for it.

I think he's a good GM, but he's not some kind of savior here. He's a great self promoter though.

Half of the league should be calling the 76ers to trade for Ben Simmons.

Pretty sure that plus the mask incident will put him out of the league.

What worked was getting the #1 overall pick and drafting the greatest QB of all time who never missed games. By that same logic, Horst is a success because he has Giannis.

Is the “play-in tournament” the mid season idea?

Why is this still a thing?

Morey and Rivers may have mutual respect but their on court philosophies don't really jibe, do they? If Doc was making the call, I would say they'll trade Simmons. If it's Morey, I'd say Embiid is on the way out. If it's Brand, I'd say they're primed to trade Tobias and Josh Richardson for RWB. So who knows. Maybe they just stay the course until the trade deadline to get a feel for what they have with the Doc change.

Ultimately, Morey's calling card has been acquiring stars regardless of fit. And "stars" here equals content-generators.

I tend to think Doc would prefer to keep both and Morey could potentially feel the same way but probably depends on the trade offers.
