That has to be one of the worst contracts of all time. Jesus.

Healthy Hayward is still a very good player, but $30 mil/yr is still flat out crazy. And he’s almost certainly going to get hurt somehow again.

Mike Jeff, no.

Larry Johnson and Muggsy Bogues must be rolling in their graves over this.

Mike Jeff needs another 10-part series on ESPN to rehabilitate his image. Here's how Mike Jeff's legacy rests with the youngest generation ATM:
1) Dude from crying guy meme
2) Signed G. Gordon Hayward to current deal
3) Starred in live-action Bugs Bunny movie
4) Good at basketball, top 3 at least
5) Favored tarpulin-sized trousers
6) Wore Hitler mustache
7) Friend of "Inside Stuff" host, no not Summer Sanders, the guy from the Gophers probably

Whole lot of money but think Hayward will be an allstar and Jerami Grant is getting 20m/yr. Meh.

Avery Bradley got 12/2 in Miami... Couldn't we have done that...

He’s not very good honestly and got really overrated this past season. I’m not upset about that at all.

Wow, I mean... the BEST case scenario for this Hornets signing is that in two years it is still defensible. What is almost sure to happen is that it will cripple them in years 2, 3, and 4. This contract makes Hayward the new Keith Van Horne.

Well there it is, Crowder to PHX. Suns are going to be incredibly fun next season. Wouldn’t rule out 50 wins.
