Horst did a few okay moves but the end result is he made the team worst. He got a team with Giannis and Middleton, he basically gave them the most money he could give them (more than anybody else) and he resigned them. Then he gave every pick he could and got a borderline all star in Jrue.

so now we have a team that is not good enough to be a serious contender and we don't have any easy way to improve. He will give a max to Jrue as well and let's hope he signs otherwise we would have spent all those picks for nothing
