Definitely a guy I wanted to see added, if for no other reason than he seemed to really cause us problems.

I'm not saying he can't jump, but "mad hops"?

It seems like you may be mad about his hops, maybe that's what they mean?

Obviously, there's more to being athletic than having bounce, but I'll concede that he can jump high. He clearly doesn't use it. I mean, who do you think is more athletic, pre-injury Derrick Rose (6'2"/40-inch vert) or current Donte (6'4"/42-inch vert)?

The truth is, I think he probably has lost some bounce.

and I think you choose to see what you want to see.

You won't answer, but why would I want to see him lose bounce? lol.

This is the risk I take when I go to youtube, search for what I want to see and then post it on realgm to watch it here. I'm a gambling man.

I think you can still take away he has the ability to penetrate, to feed a big and obviously be a ball handler. All things we need.

I couldn't care less about the hops. If he's going to close games for the Bucks, he needs to be able to more consistently hit 3s off the bounce. The C&S stuff is important too, but if can weaponize his off-the-dribble game, this team goes to another level. Then he becomes Bogdan offensively.

Good breakdown and easy to see how we hope he fits into our offense. If there's any team that should be able to hide him on defense it's the Bucks.

I can't stand it when he drives. Its just sad and I wonder, what the **** are you thinking?

He looks like the 5th grader driving against his dad and the dad just swats it away again and again.

And how about you give the ball to someone else. Argh.

Augustin didn't even have good hops last season, and it was predictable that he'd continue to decline - as he has.

Looks like I was wrong about this signing, I thought he would be a great offensive option at PG off the bench and maybe finish some games when he has it going and has a decent matchup that won't kill us. Surprised he looks this bad, hopefully he still bounces back and is getting into shape etc, but not looking great so far.

The bubble games definitely made him look quicker and more explosive on offense. I'm not sure where we would even look for a backup guard now? Do you realize you messed up and try and move DJ when his deal becomes moveable? Would that hurt in player negotiations to do that to a vet?
