The young guys were happy to be there. Giannis, Jokic, Zion were all having fun.

Also I would pay good money to get a reality TV show centered around Jokic and Giannis going, just follow them around and capture all the hijinks

I think he is 22nd at 144. Granted, a lot of the greats played when the scores were a lot lower. Hopefully he gets another MVP but he is joining pretty elite company.

1. LeBron James 385 24.1 16 3 MVP
2. Kobe Bryant 290 19.3 15 4 MVP
3. Michael Jordan 262 20.2 13 3 MVP
4. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 251 13.9 18
5. Kevin Durant 250 25.0 10 2 MVP
6. Oscar Robertson 246 20.5 12 3 MVP
7. Bob Pettit 224 20.4 11 4 MVP
8. Julius Erving 221 20.1 11 2 MVP
9. Elgin Baylor 218 19.8 11 1 MVP
10. Shaquille O'Neal 202 16.8 12 3 MVP

Giannis and Jokic prancing down the court together is my spirit animal.

Extend Jrue, hope Denver flames out hilariously in the postseason, Jokic goes full heel, and throw them a Jrue/Khris/Donte for Jokic/whatever offer

Those teams were so lopsided.... And I thought the 4th would be fun, but realized durants team doesn't have enough defense and LeBron team is just too much anyway.

It was annoying he took all the shots at the end but I wouldnt be pissed if he got it. You can argue 8-16 from half court or fade-away 3s is better than 16-16 on dunks and banked 3s.

If anything, he got screwed since there was only like 2 minutes of voting left when he got hot.

As of right now:
Where does Giannis rank all-time? Top 20

ETA: I'm probably being a home, but I think you would struggle to leave him off Top 30 for sure.

Sweet to see the joy on the Freak's face all night, and the shock that he got MVP.

Also, the hoops gods need to make Jokic and Gianni teammates.

Nba euros got close together in the off season and in the previous all star weekends. Giannis came closer with Luca, Jokic, Bogdan recently and he was already close with Porzingis.

Giannis just played in a team with Jokic, Steph Curry and Dame Lillard. At least we witnessed this once.

It’s all about the chips. He’s def not in the top 30 but will be with a ring. Without the ring the longevity just isn’t there yet.

FWIW, the PC board is actively doing their 2020 top 100 and Giannis is right in the mix in the 65-70 range. A strong playoff push probably gets him into the top 50, a title gets him in the top 30 imo. If he gets to 2 titles he’s a top 15 lock with decent longevity.

Giannis was right... What we all knew when we saw the lineup... It's over.

They never even went all out..not even slightly. Cruise control whole time.
