PG Washington - 4 in a row, 9/10
All season it was assumed Giannis won’t win the MVP 3 years in a row. But he absolutely has to be a top contender. He’s hitting free throws (knock on wood), another triple double. Fantastic.
Brook had a great game.
Donte good game.
Khris part of a good game.
Portis and Forbes good off the bench.
Jrue showed some life in the second half.
On to Philly

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Beal, 37 in a loss. That’s his MO

He's the MVP for sure. But he probably will not win it.

Adam Silver's and the league's 2 biggest nightmares: Having to give Giannis a 3rd consecutive MVP and a potential Bucks Jazz NBA Finals.

Giannis is and should be named the 3rd consecutive MVP.

After two pretty chaotic games it's good to walk out of there with both wins.
Beal is such an exceptional offensive player. Hopefully for his sake he can be somewhere that can win soon. (Him and Giannis would be an incredible duo).

Giannis is hitting 80% of his free throws this month.

I think this was the most aggressive Jrue we've seen this season. It was only half good stuff but it's promissing.
Giannis missed a few bunnies in the first 3 quarters but he was nearly perfect in the 4th.
Pissed off decent Khris is better than plain decent Khris.
DDV and Brook were great.

Correct. The Narrative Basketball Association won't give it to him 3 years in row.

If he can worm his way into the conversation it will mean he's way beyond anyone else, the playoff bias against him is so powerful now.

I think Jokic has been the best and Embiid has been very good too, but Giannis after a slow start has been great

Patting myself on the back for pointing out years ago that Giannis working on ball handling would be way more fruitful than 3 point shooting.

Unless major injuries happen I don't see either team in the Finals. Especially Utah. The Bucks, I think, have a better chance to make it.
Bud needs to unlock Jrue and actually tell everyone else "Hey, this guy we traded the farm for, let's let him actually be the PG and run crunch-time sets."
"Wes, Hill, Ibaka, Allen, Nwora, Brook, Pat, Ingles, Khris are all slow-mo, injury prone ... a sandcastle waiting for playoff wave to get wrecked. A castle with no long-range archers... is destined to fall. That is all I have to say."-- FOTIS

Another game where we give up over 50% shooting and over 40% on threes. This team is going nowhere against good teams. They had one good defensive quarter. We will get killed by a healthy Philly and Brooklyn team. Except for a few changes in the reserves, this Bucks team has gotten even worse on defense.
