Forbes being in the regular rotation and Merrill not being in the regular rotation alone is fireable offense for Bud.

Nah, this game was over by halftime. Gianni and Holiday had really ugly games, and Bud is a very reactive coach by nature.

This game is a blowout but Boston is 22/43 from three. If they were 16/43 (37%), the game would be tied right now. Such is life in the NBA.

He is good at setting team up pre season and plan for the game before but he is terrible at adjusting in game or during series...

I think a few players should also stop sagging and reacting slow too.

We aren't playing good defense at all i agree we keep overhelping and crap but we need some help from the coach and try to swing the momentum sometimes.

They're not even trying on d. They over help leading to scrambling defense and wide open looks. And when they are manning striaght up they are letting them walk into open shots. It's effort.

Wow. This has nothing to do with effort. They were sagging because that's what the coach told them to do. Do you think Bud told them to stay tight on their man? They are supposed to help out and they can't do that if they don't sag. It's a bad scheme, but don't blame the players for following it.

Some Diakite/Merrill/Nwora signs of potential will sadly be enough to cover up my disappointment from seeing many of the fundamental problems of the last two playoff exits exposed once again by a struggling Boston 8th seed in the East...

Some of you act like losing one game in our however many means we are the worst team in the NBA. You really are the worst fans. I get being mad when we play bad but have some ****ing perspective. Giannis seems to be injured or way off, the Celtics are red hot, we’ve won 8 in a row and 15 of 16 or something. Chill out, you make these game threads a pain to read. Again, I understand frustration but some of you take it to a whole new level.

Just have to tip your hat to them for shooting 50% on threes. Especially if you're going to decide not to guard them

Horst is gonna put the blame on himself for completely failing to maximize the talent on this team over the past 5 years?
