Indeed. There's also the fact that if his elbow did touch, Booker jumped into it as it was raised straight in the air. He also didn't get the shot off before the clock ran out, so also confusing.

Even if Tucker fouled him there's no way she could see it happen. It is complete bull**** to make that call.

And let's not forget how the Bucks ended regulation. If you have 25.5 seconds on the clock and 2 timeouts what do you do? If you're Bud the answer is nothing.
