That's on the head of the nation's top shot blocker, BTW (props to him for the challenge).

I hope the MSU circle jerk can stop now, though I wish (and still hope) we were the ones to beat them first on this run and not NW. They haven't beaten anyone. Their ascent up the rankings so quickly was solely on name.

Purdue and Illinois going to double OT.

Yeah this has been a great game. Illinois' comebacks to end regulation and OT were both quite unexpected.

I watched most of that too and yea quite the game. Was very surprising Purdue kept blowing those leads as they were in control the whole time, would've been a painful loss for them. I guess we got the outcome we wanted since Ill didn't have a B1G loss, even though Pur is probably better. Hard to believe by eye test that UW is those team's classes, but great D and not fouling doesn't always show up so well in the eye test.

I may or may not have had the under so I may or may not hate Purdue's regulation collapse and Painter's play drawn up to have their 4th fiddle guy hold the ball off the inbound until there were 2 seconds left and then hand it off to their stationary shooter 35 feet from the hoop. Again, it may have had something to do with me having the under in the game.

Good god, what an atrocious final play for Oklahoma vs. Kansas. Down 3, they had 4 seconds left and settled for a 3/4 court heave.

UWM got a nice win tonight vs Oakland who leads the conference. NO PBJ still but still a really nice win.

What a disastrous season. I watched only one game, but it looks like Pat Jr was equally disastrous - 12/6 on 34/27/74 splits :o I'm sure he'll try workouts, but I wonder if he'll end up transferring elsewhere for a year to try and raise his stock. Will he get first round looks still after performing so poorly against low-mid-major competition?

I don't expect other kids to follow this path he tried anytime soon.

I rarely am of the opinion that college choice makes a huge difference in draft stock, but absolutely.

I know he was hurt for a while, but had he gone to Duke and was 3rd fiddle, he could've just argued he didn't get enough touches. That, and maybe he gets more looks as that guy.

The risk of playing at UWM is if you are underwhelming, it'll be there for the world to see that you can't even score on UWGB's guys.
