Why not keep both, they won't be expensive to keep for next season.
Carter is pretty much a finished product at age 27. There is hope for 23-year old Nwora. He has an outside shot at becoming a rotation contributor.

Carter, despite great shooting over the last two games, is a defense-only player. He was practicing his shooting before a game last week and was missing about 80%of his shots, unguarded. He is an active defender, but an offensive liability and will likely never improve.

I have been down on Nwora for most of the last 2 seasons, but have recently been impressed with the minor growth in his game He is driving to the basket more instead of hoisting from the arc. He is moving his feet on defense. But he has a long way to go. Tonight he was 5 for 13 from the field, 1 force from 3-point. For the season he has been a disappointment, with a 41% overall FGA%.

I actually came in to say Dragic isn't playing much better for the Nets than Carter is for us. Imagine if we get the better of that exchange! Dragic was 1 - 8 the other day... sometimes getting like 8 or 9 points on 20+ minutes. It's still early but not bad so far.

In my never ending search for a forward to play in our Giannis at center lineups, I'm adding Isaiah Roby to the list. Athletic and active, with a tolerable 3 point shot and plenty of upside plus a low salary.

Carter is a career 37% shooter from three. I have no idea where this notion that he's only a defender comes from. He is clearly a 3&D point.

A low bar to clear. The half of me that wasn't joking about Vasquez dropping his Dragic mask is vindicated.

Nice to see a good old fashioned Bucks blowout win again. We’re rolling at a great time. Guys look locked in. Is this the switch?

Please keep switch on for tomorrow, that hawks team can hit a low of threes.

Nothing that hasn’t been mentioned.

Big 3 all had great moments. I really do love them even with their flaws. They keep improving.

Carter is 100% serviceable and I’m not sure why Nets fans hated him so much. He’s not going to play much come playoffs but I don’t care.

Ibaka is coming too. He’s still a fantastic rim protector and I’m hoping his shooting returns.

Yes, I know this was G-League OKC.

Got to give a bit of a **** defensively tomorrow. Can't have two nights off.

Correction: 15 straight nights off

Always been a big Carter fan. Hoping we can sign him cheap and he takes some steps forward.

"Ibaka with the Blocka"

Marques is the best. If Serge keeps this up we won't need Brook to go back-to-back.

Fun game.

You, a simp, speaking in a quavering voice: B-b-b-b-but you just can't flip the switch.

I didn't have a chance to watch. Why did Wes only play 5 minutes?

He didn't need to play. Bud figured let the new guys get some run.

Not done with malice aforethought, unlike Tobes' steal and dunk when he was with the Pistons. Not done with any kind of aforethought, or thought at all. Think he was just unaware of the time. Glad he missed.

NBA etiquette has changed over the years, and once it does, it's hard to unchange it. Teams played to the horn until just a few years ago. The junior-high practice of fist-bumping the FT shooter, make or miss, is an even more recent change. But now you have to make sure you fist-bump the whole team or it's bad luck, like a wedding toast where you miss some people at your table.

Silly, but now permanently ingrained and probably irrevocable.

Giannis went up to the refs after the game jokingly asking for the foul call on that Thanasis attempt. I ****ing love TA, he will always give 100%.
