Only early but Brooklyn's offense has been not good when they're trying to work in a guy who refuses to shoot or do anything when he doesn't have the ball.

Αnd another couple of guys who hate systems, plays, or anything to do with coaching whatsoever but have to have the ball in every play
I'm starting to think we're just dumb for making them look so good 2 years ago. But we won it all so who cares.

I get that watching RWB your natural thought is "Ham is weak for not benching him." But then I look at the roster, and is RWB the 4th best player on the team? Nunn? Reaves? Like who else is supposed to take those minutes?

I wouldn't care if it was in an April game against Mamu, if that was called on the Bucks I'd be so pissed.

Nunn and Reaves have the situational awareness not to take the dumbest shots in the world. I loved RWB for a long time, if I was LAL I'd do what Houston did with Wall. Let the rest of the roster gel together because RWB is only causing issues.

It's really weird how stubborn he is about role. He could be so good if he embraced it.

To be fair, that's a situation where you should 100% call a delay of game on Ja, and I love Ja. Stupid that they let players do that.

It was somewhat 'smart' to let the clock run down when you are up (Way too early in the game to make it a consideration but giving the benefit of the doubt). But I never understood the point of it to save clock beyond having it bounce while you are in motion. You might save 1-2 seconds dribbling but once it is down to the roll and you have to protect it from a defender, any time saved is negated by holding the ball in a stopped position trapped near half court.

Houston was not trying to win last year. As bad as RWB is, 30+ minutes of Nunn isn't going to win you anymore games. IDK, both are crappy options but if they are trying to become a playoff team, it only works if you get 30 mins from RWB (until you trade him). Otherwise, there roster is only 6 deep with AD on it.

Scrapbook night for the young Bull. Glad they punked Boston.
Crazy how deep their guards and wings would've been with a healthy Ball.
Ball/Caruso
Lavine/Ayo
Derozan/Kostas

Games of interest tonight:
Dallas at New Orleans (TNT)
Warriors at Suns (TNT)

I continue to have no idea why Dillon Brooks is thought of so highly as a role-player, and not as the low efficiency chucker with overrated defense that he actually is.

Kostas is like a Forward Center and he's not been made active yet.
