The trade idea involving CP3/Bridges would be great but I can’t imagine the Suns even entertain that.
Most realistic shake up trade I’ve thought of -
Bucks out: Khris/Nwora/Hill
Bucks in: Bojan/Bey/Dinwiddie
Mavs out: Dinwiddie/Bertans/Bullock/Draft compensation
Mavs in: Khris/Hill/Burks
Pistons out: Bey/Bojan/Burks
Pistons in: Bertans/Bullock/Nwora/Draft compensation
We could use a shake up, Mavs get Luka some help by adding Khris and Burks, Pistons clear out some decent players to continue the tank and add some draft picks in the process
Dinwiddie/Carter
Jrue/Pat
Bojan/Bey
Giannis/Ingles
Brook/Bobby
Could dangle Allen in another trade, maybe in a Crowder move and then you have Giannis/Crowder instead

Trading Khris at this point doesn't make much sense to me.
If he's not fit and playing, we won't get much for him.
If he is fit and playing, we should probably play him.

Strange how alot posters were freaking out when DavidDunn21 and me proposed to trade Khris even when healthy and now they enternain proposing trade ideas. I guess some people are ahead of their time and look deep into to the future while alot get drawn into a decision forced by circumstances they can't control. The later ppl accuse the others for making dangerous decisions missing completely the danger of staying stagnant and regress.

You can’t take a victory lap on this. Bucks won the title. Khris made the most clutch shots of anyone on the floor for four straight series. After he did that, you can’t deal him after he wins a ring (and a gold medal)
Four years ago, I was all for splitting Khris’s money to keep Brogdon and sign Bojan. Today, I’d be looking great, a genius for that matter. But at the end of the day, Middleton was incredible in that playoff run.

What's the situation with Middleton's contract? Could he be he is holding out because he does not have an extension? Like he is afraid to aggravate his injury while his future is not secure

Weird thing is how bad we are against bad teams. Beat the spurs rockets and hornets and we have the best record in the NBA.

Siakam? Another PF? Already got a rotation of big men in Giannis,Lopez,Bobby. Also at $35M for a PF. That forces us to let Lopez walk next summer? Also Porter only played 8 games all season cause of a toe injury. Didn't the Bucks already have Thad years ago? Also I wouldn't trade Beauchamp just yet. Has to be the right trade for me to trade Beauchamp.

At this point your options are trade or extend. If he leaves via free agency with the Bucks being in cap hell that’s salary you can’t replace.

I’m probably on the hang on to Middleton and let it ride out side of things, but I’m sure there are Middleton trades I could get on board with. Turning him into guys like Saddiq Bey, Dinwiddie, and Bojan are not it IMO. If Middleton’s trade value is really at that level, I would definitely just hold on to him and hope for the best.

This keeps being brought up. He didn't play for 7 months with a knee and wrist injury (which required surgery). No team, the Bucks or anyone else, is going to give him the extension he wants until he can get back on the court and show that he's healthy AND productive. The Bucks have a history of taking care of their own. He knows that. And a holdout doesn't sit on the bench laughing it up with his teammates. A holdout stays home like Crowder. He ends up having a good second half of the season he'll be taken care of. Otherwise he'll have to take his $40.396 million next year and hope he stays healthy in 23-24. I could be wrong and this is a contract ploy but if it is Jeff Schwartz is giving bad advice IMO.

I don't know what's up with Midds , but I do know that I don't trust him to stay healthy ! I certainly don't want to pay him a contract that will prevent us from adding players to a flawed roster . Take the chance and trade him to get younger and quicker . so exactly what is our biggest need PG , SG ? Need more length on the wing. If we can get two of those three by trading Midds then I say do it . Do another trade just to get rid of some dead weight .
I've said in the past that I don't care for Bud . Either he is too stubborn or he doesn't know how to adjust . his offensive sets are give the ball to Giannis and bully your way with a kick out ! Pretty sure that's it . He got lucky to get a chip , would have let him go a long time ago !

Bucks out: Middleton, Allen, Nwora, Carter, Ibaka,
2029 1st
Bucks in: Anunoby, Powell, Covington, Graham,
Daniels
Pelicans in: Middleton, Ibaka, Boston, Barton
Pelicans out: Valanciunas, Graham, Daniels, Temple,
Lewis, 2027 Bucks 1st, 2024- 2nd
Spurs in: Temple, 2024 2nd via Pelicans
Spurs out: cash
Clippers get: Valanciunas, Allen, Lewis (create large TPE)
Clippers out: Powell, Covington, Boston
Raptors in: Nwora, Carter, 2027 Bucks 1st via
Pelicans, Bucks 2029 1st (create $17.3 million TPE)
Raptors out: Anunoby, Banton
-Pelicans make a splash to lure in casual fans by acquiring 3 time all star. Valanciunas has played just 24 minutes per game this year. Pelicans also stay under the tax by backfilling their roster with cheap young players.
-Spurs use cap space to pick up a pick
-Clippers have been looking for a center, Powell has been a backup this year, getting just 24 minutes a game. They replace Powell with Allen, who's absorbed in to a soon to expire TPE, to get a new, bigger TPE
-Raptors begin rebuild. They absorb 2 players into a soon to expire TPE to create a $17.3 million TPE.
Bucks get new starters at SG and SF, both are serious defensive upgrades. Daniels gives the Bucks a young ultra versatile PG who can guard 1-4 at a high level, anyone who likes Beauchamp will love Daniels. They pick up a defensive combo forward in Covington, and use their suddenly deep pockets to absorb Grahams contract. I don't care for Graham, but teams are consistently better when he's on the floor playing like a classic ball moving PG.

All those players you mentioned I would do midds for bojan( dude from Detroit) in a heartbeat may not have Krises D but can shoot the hell out of it

But unlike Jrue and Giannis (and even Brook Lopez) he makes his impact only on one side of the court. Very rarely makes key defensive plays, not really his fault due to his hamstring injury in the past, but when evaluating a player‘s worth vs contract and future prospects, it matters.

Bojan would be Mirotic 2.0 for us. Bojan's teams are consistent better with him on the bench. He's extremely weak at every part of the game besides shooting, and that kills come playoff time when teams get more detailed with scouting reports.

The time to seriously shop Mids was this off-season if we couldn’t figure out an extension. Of course most reasonable people thought he wouldn’t be out until the 2023 with left wrist surgery in July
