Love the Jay Wright idea, personally. This would be the situation for him to test his chops.

Not gonna lie, I spent a decent amount of time yesterday looking into Chris Quinn. I think he is a rock-solid candidate if to avoid a retread. By all accounts, he embodies Heat Culture and has been under Spo's wing for the better part of a decade.

Maybe DB (ReasonablySober) could chime in, I think you watch a lot of Heat games, yeah?

I would be shocked if they bring in an assistant with no HC playoff experience.

I go that route if Duncan agrees to come with and teach Giannis some post moves.

Need someone with clout to come in & reign in alot of the bad habits with this team.

Mainly Giannis & Jrue.

Nurse or Lue really only guys im interested in, dont want an assistant learning on the job. Love Cassell, he’d be a great sideline interview but nor sure about him as HC.

I would imagine we steer clear of the Bud coaching tree, but Atkinson did an admirable job with that utterly depleted Nets team. Has probably learned a thing or two from Kerr since.

I do, though it's a hate-watch kind of thing. I think Spo's the best in the NBA so you could definitely do worse than anyone on his staff. You don't hear a whole lot about the assistants but I know the players respect Quinn like they do Spo. I'd be down with him for sure.
