What the **** :x

This is bad, he was going to be such an important part of the coaching panel with the Dame relationship and experience to help Griffin. Something must have gone wrong...

Hmmm....I wonder why? Did he just not want to coach after trying it out again?

This really sucks. I was really counting on Stotts helping out Griff this year. This is an all in year and our coaching staff just took a huge hit

Bad timing. Do we promote someone already on the staff or hire someone else to be lead offensive assistant?

Wow. 7-days before the season starts. The timing of this is.....concerning.

Very strange. Guessing he just couldn't commit to doing the daily grind again which I suppose I can't begrudge him for doing it now instead of a month from now. I do hope he can be moved into a consultant role.

No good. Like best news from the bucks side is it's a health issue which obviously really sucks. Otherwise there is some dysfunction.

I did see a point Tuesday when stotts seemed upset and pulled a player aside but didn't seem unusual

We need the Epi alert here.

But until then we can speculate:

-Serious health problem?
-Can't get along with Griff
-Just tired of the grind after 40 years

Hopefully it isn't health related, but in any event not good news for the team.

Pretty sure it was Giannis but I didn't think he seemed upset at all

Yikes. Very concerning indeed.

As was stated, I hope everything is Ok and it's just a professional move.

Tough for the Bucks either way.

That is concerning, hopefully his health and everything is okay. Leaves a pretty big hole on the Bucks bench, Stotts being there was a big part of what made people here comfortable with the Adrian Griffin hire. Mission accomplished getting Dame here? Are they going to bring someone else in? It's such short notice.

At least Terry was around as whatever Dame backchannels were in motion.

But yeah doesn't seem great that he's bouncing whatever the reason is.

Does this mean Joe Prunty becomes lead assistant?

This whole situation doesn't feel good...
