PG Celtics - Comeback Falls Short

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Mar 21, 2024 2:08 am

Props for not packing it in. We out shot and out rebounded them. Too many turnovers.

The most important thing in this game was Khris. He looked good again. Played heavy minutes.

Bobby started rough but had a very nice second half.

Dame 32/4/6. 6/10 on 3's
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Pleasantly surprised by our shot making. Despite the loss it was important that we showed we can do that in Boston. Defensively we need to figure out how to take away their ability to make threes on us. And we gotta hustle more. No half-assing against that team.

Some nights AJ Green just needs to play more than Beasley. That's all I got.

Honestly, pretty good all things considered.

Dame looking like Dame.

Khris looking like Khris.

Doc willing to do some things we weren't sure he was going to do.

Could go either way on the Dame defense benching.

Good effort.

Lame ending for our side and neutrals.

AJ with a +14 hmmm

I’ll take a 3 point loss without Giannis. He’s worth more than Jrue and Hauser for them.

A little more worried about Doc's end game decision-making than I wanted to be given the spirited play from the guys tonight.

Taking Dame out there was not good.

The +14 was noticeable, too.

I'm not that high on Crowders defense but taking out Dame and not subbing Crowder for Beasley is crazy at the end.

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

Played tuff! We know we ain't getting any calls in Boston! Not that I thought this came down to officiating, but if it was close it went to Boston. Questionable rotation, substitute and time out usage in the end. Happy with the way they fought !

Pretty much best possible outcome besides just getting the win. I already know that the Celtics dont want to see us in the playoffs and now it's in their head too. Win the last meeting at home where they probably rest their main guys to avoid more trauma to the fragile JT and JB

Too much angst about pulling Dame for Bev for a defensive possession.

We're so cooked if Gallo sees 10 minutes a game in the playoffs over someone like Green. Gallo is the fall guy if the plays, useless player and it stands out
