PG Sixers - Solid Win

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:11 am

Can't really nitpick stuff from 1 game. Meaningful trends take several games.

We took care of business on the road. Good start to the season.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Role player additions this year, as expected, are going to be a huge plus over last season.

Please stay healthy. Please.

Trent and Prince are going to be fun additions. Good win.

Only complaint was the number of guys hitting the ground. Stay safe out there, folks.

Otherwise a very satisfying dub.

I wonder if a Portis/Smith frontcourt could work for some minutes.

This team looks so much more organized on both sides of the court.

Health and Middleton make this club a contender.

Trade all the younglings for a backup PG or a big who loves getting rebounds and we might be okay.

Minutes probably a bit too high for Dame and Brook but a pretty comfortable opening game.

The story is the clear upgrade in scheme both offensively and defensively, at no point did the Bucks look that structured last year. Even in our blowout wins it was just based off pure talent, I am super pumped for this season after watching that. Bucks last year would've made a game out of this while we facepalm most of the time

Convincing victory for the optimists, enough things to grumble about for the battleaxes. Something for everybody, plus the return of the Shaqaroni pizza, praise be.
