PG Cavs - Bucks take the night off

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sat Dec 21, 2024 2:44 am

The positive vibes here from Tuesday night dissipated quickly and the board is now back to panic mode
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

There are bad games and then there's whatever the hell that was. Also, one armed Rollins >>>> Delon

So yeah, there's this stat: -

Cavs starting backcourt = 43 points
Bucks starting backcourt = 0 points

Rollins looked like he has much better range of motion in his shoulder, so that's a positive.

NBA media/world can go back to hating us now that we lost to another top team without Dame.

I actually would have liked to have seen more Patty C in that final quarter seeing as he's probably going to have to log minutes against Washington as well. It might have been good to get him into some rhythm.

And I can't stand Marjon and Delon. Both awful, awful players.

Embarrassing, majority of the team thought because we won the NBA Cup suddenly the league will just bent over to us.

Pathetic.

Dean Wade actually sucks. If you told me he would have gone 4-5 with 15 pts tonight I would have known pretty easily how this game had gone. On to the next.

Stopped watching before the 4th, Rollins box score looks pretty nice, maybe we should get him back into the rotation.

One positive to take from this- I wasn't able to watch live so skipped ahead through timeouts/breaks etc. so I only lost an investment of <1 hour of my life.

Yup, they couldn't have looked more lifeless and hungover. At least this was after winning something, it wasn't like the game last year where we got trounced after Beasley's birthday party

Did Giannis quicken his pace on free throws or did I just imagine that. Giannis looked amazing again. He’s at the peak of his powers right now.

This offence is so limited and it's made even worse when the one guard who can dribble + create his own offence is out. We started a better defensive 5 today and it still didn't matter. Not a good showing from anyone off the high of the cup.

Cavs are legit and a very tough match up for the Bucks with the bodies they can throw at Giannis and their guards. Bucks clearly didn’t have it tonight, hard to blame any one guy with a total stinker like this. Let down game, gotta take care of business against Wizards now. Probably would have been better to rest Dame in that game than this one, he at least probably has a lot more than 0 points
