Did the Bucks really give #22 to Pete Nance? That's what their official website says.
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Killian Hayes had his 10 day contract run out. Use our tMLE that we now have to sign him to a 3 or 4 year deal. That's better than the 10 day the Nets will offer. He's been really really good in the last month both in the G League and NBA. He can finally shoot.

I will be incredibly pissed if he ever takes the floor in #22. NO ONE should get that number. It WILL be retired one day.

Whoever runs the NBA website database is really slow at updating the players bio cards.

Re: Bucks News, Transactions, Trade Ideas
Dangnabbit!! I missed the Herd game last night.
I missed Frank the Tank Kaminsky. From the boxscore , he was incredibly inefficient. But he had 8 rebounds, 7 assists and one turnover. The question is his defense, but just for nostalgia, I'd sign him for the rest of the year.
Other notes from the boxscore, Henry Ellenson had 30 points on efficient shooting and 13 rebounds. Not interested in him, because his defense makes Kaminsky look elite.
And lastly, my favorite Herd player is James Akinjo. He's elite in running an offense. Last night 14 assists and only 2 turnovers. If only he could shoot. Plus he's a little guy.

Do you think Rollins is worth a 3-4 year contract?

Earlier in his career Kuzma could shoot, and was guarded at the 3 point line. His shot has regressed yearly inspite of the % staying consistent, until this year. His shot has fallen apart this year.

Opponents since the all-star break are shooting only 31.5% on wide open 3s. I expect that luck to change around. Good new is that the Bucks are only allowing 14.8 wide open 3PAs per game since the all-star break.
On the flip side, Bucks offense is only generating 15 wide open 3PAs per game since the break.

The Bucks have been petty selective of whom they leave open for 3. Bucks players turned and boxed out instead of contesting against Westbrook and Dinwiddie.

He is exactly the kind of big depth that I would've liked us to pursue. More than Sims, for that matter.

He's good, but he's a deep drop defense only guy. I love having a switchable option opposite of Brook.

Yes I do to he really can move his feet definitely his defense can help come playoff time he looked more comfortable last game. I like to see him playing more with Giannis lineups.

I'd say it's more playing teams with an abundance of bad three point shooters, like Washington, Denver, and Dallas. Regarding good to decent shooters they've faced...
Wide open 3s against the Bucks after the allstar game vs their overall wide open%:
MPJ 1/7 - 44.8%
Kawhi 1/3 - 50%
Aaron Gordan 1/3 - 42%
Murray 1/3 - 39.9
Wiggins 0/3 - 41.3
Kyrie 0/2 - 42.6%
Even all of Jokic, Middleton, Poole, Harden, and PJ Washington couldn't make a wide open 3. In total that is 4/26 from these 11 players on wide open shots.

Re: Bucks News, Transactions, Trade Ideas
1) I was one of the first on here to tout Rollins and I have no problem giving him a 3 year contract, with a one year guarantee. But no way do I give him a 3 or 4 year guaranteed contract. That's nuts.
2) With admittedly just a small sample size, I'd much rather have Sims than Moses Brown. As stated, he seems much more switchable. I do think he has to work on his hands. He got the rebound taken away several times yesterday. Brown was destroyed by Giannis, while other centers are just beaten silly.

Can't wait for the 7 games coming up starting with the Cavaliers (3 more before then). Lots of great guards. We'll have a better idea then.

Re: Bucks News, Transactions, Trade Ideas
Given that Prince is our current starting SG, that can tell you all you need to know about the biggest offseason issue. I have been rooting about NAW even if it costs the full 4/60 MLE. Minny could match the offer, but they don’t have a starting job to offer with Ant on board. NAW is exactly the 3 and D piece you need next to Dame. I like all Porter/Green/Trent but not for that role.
Anybody else on board with that? Money works assuming Bobby and KPJ just opt in (obviously Pat opts in too). You can still bring back GTJ with the 2/10,5/PO BAE. Both these signings will hard cap the Bucks at 1st apron, but they will still have close to 6 mil for Brook. His minimum though counts for 3,5 mil, which makes it possible you bring him back for a lesser cap hit. Give him a PO and that’s a good 7 mil retirement money.
You can trade then Pat + Livingston or Smith + 2031 or 2032 SRP for Timelord and fix all your holes. You need something more athletic than Brook and Bobby in the front line and Williams everything you wish Sims could become. There is obviously a concerning injury history, but that’s why you don’t need to spend much to take that gamble.
Dame/KPJ/Rollins
NAW/Green/#47
Kuzma/GTJ/Jackson
Giannis/Bobby/Prince
Lopez/Williams/Smith
I like this team.
